For a dental office, this place is awesome. I used to be terrified of the dentist, but that changed after going here. Dr. D and Dr. West are super caring and I feel that they are really doing what’s best for me. Everyone from the front office to the back was helpful and answered all my questions. The assistant (Lauren) let me know every thing that was going to be done and assured me that it would be painless and worry free (It was). I highly recommend going to this office. The best by far.

They are consummate professionals at this office. From the front desk associates to the chair assistants and of course the doctors. The entire staff are caring and concerned with their clients and especially any special needs they might have. I wouldn't go anywhere else. :-)

Amazingly caring staff; my whole family has been going to Dr West since we moved here nearly 3 years ago. When my husband busted out his teeth on a Sunday, they fit him in Monday morning and took great care of him. We have been so satisfied with their services, and never a disappointment...always easy to book appts... until today, hence 3 stars.
I Tried to schedule my older kids dentists appt's; their (The offices) only open availability is during school days. First, I am currently doing my student teaching so therefore I cannot miss any days and I am gone the hours they are open. Two, my kids don't want to miss school, and they both have extra curricular activities after school, so after school appts.are a no-go. Three, my husband works as well and his schedule is very limited. Our only options to book are holidays-which I'm sure is the same with others as well; but booked all the way up even through to spring break? I feel they may need more dentists on hand to accommodate this many patients. I feel like I shouldn't have to wait until summer break to book their appts, and if they are booking this quick, they should send a reminder card 2 months in advance. Now I feel I may need to switch dentist providers :(

Dr. West and her staff is the very best dentist I have ever been to. I just had major dental work done over the past few months and I give her 10 stars! She's a perfectionist. She does an awesome job pre-numbing before she uses the needle which I hardly ever felt. That means a lot for how much she cares about your comfort level all while watching tv. Wow! Thanks, Dr. West and staff for taking such good care of me and giving me exactly what I've always wanted. - beautiful natural looking veneers! Now I really have something to smile about! Woohoo!
