The service at this dentist is horrible or they are biased against Tricare holders. I was canceled twice for important surgery. Each appointment was one month away. To irritate me further, I had to pay for the procedure before I left my initial appointment. So I paid for a service that was rescheduled twice. The second cancellation was scheduled for a day in which the office wasn’t even opened. I called their customer service twice and they were unable to even find me in their system. Each attempt to send me to billing resulted in them disconnecting the call. Trust me, there are better places without this type of hassle

Great with rescheduling doctor's appointment, even on the day of the appointment. I appreciate the generosity and honesty with all staff members involving information being accessed by clients if they want to know something about their records, insurance, etc. They're an office you would never want to miss an opportunity with dental or orthodontic care. They are patient and are nice and great. They are great at time management and very clean facility. The Dr. would give recommendations to protect and help your teeth to stay healthy. I will come here every time for a cleaning. The nurses are very cool and awesome! Especially the one who took care of me today ! She did an amazing job!
