I have been looking for an office that has flexible hours due to my busy work schedule. The staff is courteous, professional, and the quality of work is exceptional. I highly recommend Brident Dental & Orthodontics to anyone that is looking for a new dentist or would like to switch.

I have visited the dentist before but have never felt so welcomed as I do coming into Brident. I'm always greeted by name and with a friendly smile. Terry Longoria really took the time to help me with the financing options.. Highly recommend to all..

Nice people! Over worked front desk staff!

If there is no star, I will give them NO star! I went for a periodontal check. I was referred by my orthodontist to another periodontist who it’s out of my insurance network, so I went to this Brident. And the periodontist works 1 day of a month there. I have to say the Dr. Dutt was so unprofessional, she was really rough to check my gum. She asked me to do a complete X-ray before she would see me. And I just did my yearly complete X-ray at my dentist’s within a month. And I did another one at my orthodontist’s. They just want to get money from your pocket and insurance. She was telling me that my orthodontist didn’t know what he’s doing, why would he put on my top brackets first. She said that my gums healthy, but right lower three molars gum resection were 5, which needs work done first. I remembered my dentist didn’t say anything above 4 at last check 3 days ago. I have a very good dentist. I trust him. And my orthodontist is a very good doctor also. He has so many patients. If he decided to put on those brackets, he knows what he’s doing. I just left my dentist’s. He checked my gum and teeth, and stated my gums healthy and no resections above 4. I’m very upset about this Dr Dutt from Brident. I’m always a good patient. This is the first time that I’m so upset to put a bad review online. I would never go back and I won’t recommend anyone to go there. It’s awful. By the way, I waited for more than 2 hours.

PS: I just left another periodontist’s office. The doctor is very good. Was recommended by my orthodontist and my dentist. I should go visit her office the first place. Oh well, lesson learned. And she gave the same result as my dentist. No long waiting time. No frustration. Paid out of my own pocket, $95 for exam. Cleared for the braces. Follow up in 8 months. Very pleasant visit.

My family and I will never go back to Brident. The Brident periodontist was purposely making my situation looked worse than it is.

Unfortunately, I'm rating this company negatively even before actually stepping foot in their office. They seriously need help re-training or upgrading their appointment scheduling. I have received 2 calls already before 10 this morning asking why I cancelled an appt without rescheduling. After explaining to him that Saturdays are shared for both Dr and dentist appts for my son. That morning he had a dr appt with blood work that was pushed back and I could not make the complimentary orthodontic appt that was scheduled that morning as well. I continued to explain that my son has worn braces before and I was just taking advantage of the free consultation and I'd rather wait on rescheduling until after getting his dental work done. It was like this was unacceptable and I was being forced to take my son in for braces. He would not take no for an answer asked him to cancel my original appt for the dentist. After an hour, i get another phone call with the same purpose, they wanted to know why i cancelled without rescheduling. I wasnt going to explain myself to him and just asked to have my telephone number taken off. I have never dealt with anything like this. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

I was given an appointment at 11 am, for which I showed up on time. My documents had been previously taken care in a prior appointment, so there was no need for a long wait. However, I was made to wait an hour, (even though I made an appointment to avoid something like this from happening) during which people who showed up after me were taken in one by one. They were clearly overbooked and should have let me know, instead of wasting my time.
For a business to treat a potential customer in such a manner speaks volumes to how they would treat their paying customers. I can't help but be glad I realized their lack of professionalism before I gave them my business.

I am very impressed with the customer service at Brident dental. I was recently at the office for a visit and everyone was welcoming and very nice. Anytime I had a question regarding the treatment that was recommended to me, the staff was very informative and quick to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Brident dental to anyone I know seeking a dentist.

Complete rip off. This company was charging me for services that were covered by my insurance. They would getting double payments for years until I realized. When I complained with proof, the receptionists didn’t offer anything. I had to file with the corporate office and fight for months to get back pay. NEVER GO HERE.
