I had chosen this dentist because of the convient hours but after seeing the dentist and putting up with the way she spoke to me I would not recommend this place. She is very rude and treats you like if uou are stupid. I canceled my cleaning and walked out. Apparently they are quick to charge for services but its difficult for them to reimburse you your money.

Brident dental treated me well. They always greeted me with a smile which helps because it's a dentistry office. Their service was great because my teeth needed a lot of work. They worked with my schedule and booked my appointments at my convenience. I was at their office a lot!!! But it was all worth it because now my teeth look and are so much more healthier than before. I recommend this place.

I haven’t had a ton of issues with the north McAllen office but my filling came loose last night when I removed my clear arc trays and I drove there this morning to get it repaired right when they opened (since it shows them open today on google) and they are closed THREE days out of the week. I can’t go to the other office because they force me to move my entire account to that office to help me. Later on, my filling came completely out and now I can’t drink anything.

If the office is going to be closed, they should have an emergency number to call and get help that doesn’t get transferred to the call centers because those folks know less than the office themselves. The corporate office told me that they were closed until the 14th! And today is the 7th, yet she still set me up for a 10am appt on the 8th. I then called later to confirm they would be open tomorrow and that person told me they would be open. So much conflicting info and if the office was just open during regular hours, this wouldn’t have happened. Highly disappointed.

I’ll finish out my clear arc alignment process with them but it’s very unlikely I will keep them as a long term dentist.

Update - I called in before the appointment and the call center scheduled me for a general dentist cleaning, so the office adjusted my appt that day so that I could get my filling fixed. I went in and was really frustrated because it is complicated due to my trays. They were very patient and understood my frustrations and I walked out of there with a temp filling and an action plan to resolve the issue long term, which I fully appreciated, therefore I have updated my rating to 4 stars

History Matters

No pain or discomfort before "recommended and needed procedures". Had gone in for basic preventive care (cleaning). Dentist gave me a list of dental problems and made recommendations after cleaning job. I trusted them and went with it. Now, $1300 and months after I still have pain and discomfort everyday since day one after the procedures, when I felt fine before all that was done. Oh yeah, and I never got my dental molds, which I paid for and was supposed to receive days after to treat my gums on my own at home. Terrible experience and a complete ripoff.

I was taking my children before the pandemic happened and never had an issue till now... Now they have you complete a questionnaire. Which was fine till the questions they were asking didn't make any sense. Why does a dental office need to know our political status?? Please explain!!

Worst place to go for dental procedures and giving out your personal information (social security) all they care about is money not the patient getting the services done. My husband was needing some dental procedure. Which we requested a quote we knew before hand our insurance would not cover it. My husband decided not to get the procedure after all. They had the audacity to bill us for services he didn’t receive! Now after numerous attempts talking to the office personal and manager explaining to them over and over again we didn’t receive those services we were billed for. They never bothered to investigate or the ****** dentists in the back lied about everything. They send us to collections I’ve never seen such a SHADY place like this one. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all cost. My husband got his dental work with another dentist. We will be proceeding legally for what this place did we have all the proof!!!

I made an appointment three weeks ago for today. During my call to corporate they asked me what I was setting the appointment for and asked for all my insurance information. Last Saturday I even went because I thought that was the date of my appointment, obviously my mistake, but since I was there the front receptionist took down my insurance information AGAIN. I don’t understand how they failed to verify my insurance in those three weeks and then decided to call me a day before my appointment to let me know I had to reschedule. I am upset because I found this out TODAY. No voicemail was left.

The receptionist today also asked me what I was there for. After explaining I was there for a braces consultation and exam she stated she just saw a general exam down for today. They wasted my time and gas. Never coming here again. I would also like to point out how that office smelled of sewage water.

I regret going to this dentist. My son and I were new patients and the front office said they verified our insurance and we were covered to have our X-rays and teeth cleaned. We had seen another dentist where we got X-rays exactly one year ago so I knew we were due for routine X-rays. While the office went over the details of our billing, they said that we had a special plan since I worked at the hospital and it wouldn't be expensive at all, just a copay. Now I am receiving bills for me and my son saying that I owe over $250 for each of us. I feel that this office mislead us or were just being careless. After calling my insurance they told me that this office should have never done full mouth X-rays, only bite wings, which I just now learned that full mouth X-rays are only covered every 36 months. I feel like I should not be held responsible since we were misinformed. I have been to many dentists and this is the first time this has happened. I won't be going back there again. On top of that, corporate office was constantly scheduling me for appointments I did not make, then sending texts saying we missed our appointments. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Very bad business.
