Going to the dentist is not always an enjoyable experience, however River Run takes the extra step to make your experience so comfortable and relaxing that you may start to enjoy going to the dentist. I watched Netflix while getting my teeth cleaned!

Got me in without issue in a timely manner, all staff was very friendly and professional. Beautiful office. Explained things to me in a manner I could understand and were not pushy with treatments. Allysa (hygienist) did an amazing job and asked me multiple times if I was okay and checked on my comfort. Dr. Hammond’s is very friendly and easy to talk to. Will be coming back.

I would recommend River Run for many reasons! Their facility was very nice, clean and stocked with refreshments as I waited which wasn’t over 5 minutes after arriving. All the technicians were very friendly gentle, knowledgeable, and walked me through everything they were going to do during my visit. They also knew exactly what my insurance would cover upon offering additional services. I’ll be taking my kids to this location very soon!

I’m so happy I found this place! Everyone was so friendly from Annie at the front to Jenny & Dr. Hammons! They made me feel comfortable and explained everything and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. Annie was extremely helpful when it came to insurance questions and explained everything carefully and it was nice to be acknowledged right away. Would definitely recommend this place to friends/family!

My experience was an informative one and one that has earned the business, my patronage. I give the greatest credit to Jenny. She's the best Dental Hygienist I've ever been to. My teeth aren't in the best of health, but she informed me of what course of action I have to take, so as not to loose more teeth. She explained the cause of my discomfort and the reason behind the resulting condition. Any question I had she answered in the clearest and understandable manner. She made me comfortable, period. No pain whatsoever. Once I get my oral surgery done, I will be returning to River Run Family Dentistry from now on. In addition to Jenny's flawless service, I commend all the staff for treating me well with satisfying results. I'll be referring my wife as well as we are new to the area and just finding our service providers. Thank you so much Jenny! I'll see you soon!

Awesome place. I had called to make an appt for a loose cap. They got me in within a week. Did not charge me for repairing my cap. Was able to do a full check up and cleaning at that same visit.
The staff was friendly and very professional. I'm glad I found them and plan on returning next week for a teeth whitening procedure.
