Everyone is super nice! And it was a fast process, thank goodness because I loathe waiting super long to be seen at appointments! Only thing I would say is I wanted to talk to the Dentist more but didn’t get to do so. Will definitely be my dentist office for the time being that I’m here working.

I have not been to the dentist in a while so I was super nervous! Everyone there made me feel calm and welcomed. The DA Patsy did an amazing job and was so professional. The Dentist was so patient and very nice and helped more than I expected. Definitely will be coming back!

Had an issue with the dob, dob was fixed and was ready to go. They had me sitting in the lobby for 30 min and told me they couldn't see me bc it was not fixed my insurance called to let them know it had been fixed Gave them a reference number and all. They have then been giving a hard time in setting up an appointment, if you were refusing service in the first place why have me sitting their?! I could of gone elsewhere! Too much BS for one tooth, then they have the back call you to tell you they will call you back 😒

We love Dr. Noorbash and her staff! Always friendly and informative. She is super patient with my nervous kiddo and we definitely appreciate that. Called the office one morning because we had the possibility of running late and they willingly accommodated us! 10/10 would recommend!

My wife went there, we have been seeing another dentist for a long time. He wasn't able to get her in and she called San Angelo Dental and they got her in right away. They did a few crowns on her and they look amazing (front teeth). She is really happy with the work. So I decided to go as well. And like she told me they are amazing. Everyone is friendly and treat you like family. The is very patient and thorough. And the prices are reasonable. The front staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. Would give it a higher score if I could. Jim

So I am from out of town. I chipped my tooth and wanted to get it fixed asap before it gets worse. I came across this place by googling it and they open until 6. I figured it would give me time to go there after work but their latest appointment is at 4 so I took time off early. They were able to schedule me the following the day I called them. I explained on the phone about my chipped tooth and was given an appointment. I show up approximately at 3:30pm to fill up the application and etc. I literally wasn't called to see the dentist until 5 15pm ? The entire time I was waiting. I assume there was only one dentist who works there? Then I had to do the xrays and etc. The dentist assistant asks me what my concerns are? Obviously someone didn't take any notes about what I made the appointment for. Then they tried to tell me that I spent this entire time taking time off work, driving, and waiting hours in the lobby just for an examination and I'd have to reschedule for another day to actually get a simple filling. Quite honestly It bothered me. I complained that I was not going there again and I will seek "professional" care from a different dentist. Now the dentist end up fixing my tooth that day after I complained, but am I supposed to be grateful for services I should expect from a professional dental clinic? I'm not coming to this town again most likely, but if I ever do, I will never go to that clinic again. Expect quite long waits. I honestly don't know how they received this high stars ratings on google review. It was definitely one of the reasons that influenced me to go there, but unfortunately people don't take their reviews seriously. You can't trust the reviews all the time.
