Villa Dental

The staff was friendly and honestly informative from the very first phone call. Their office is nice and inviting, and they are hospitable with TVs in every room. The dentist was nice and informative as well as good at making sure a patient would not be overwhelmed.

Dr.Staes and his staff are wonderful. If you have any anxiety about dentist, you will leave them at the front door I promise. Every visit they guide you step by step on what’s being done and what needs to be done next. They are truly amazing. We’ve been coming here 3 plus years and wouldn’t go any where else.

I have to say, 5 stars isn't high enough for this practice. The staff are kind, considerate, friendly and immediately place their patients at ease. Dr. Staes is also a warm and friendly doctor. But, it goes far beyond that. Dr. Staes performed an extensive evaluation and went over every aspect of what concerns he saw. We mapped out a plan for my care with every dollar accounted for. I know up-front the exact out of pocket fees I need to cover and in my opinion, from past experience, Villa Dental is very cost-conservative. And of all the dental practices I've been to personally, the concern for the patient's comfort is high on their priority. I was asked repeatedly if I was okay, and to let them know of ANY discomfort. Even getting the numbing shots were virtually painless. The facility is CLEAN and designed around isolated dental stations. Sliding glass doors enclose the operatory so you don't need to worry about Covid-19 while you have YOUR mask off. Of course, they keep theirs on. :-)

I'm recommending him to my family and highly recommend you visit Villa Dental too. I can only be witness to the service I received. I've had several dentists in my life time. I would have to say Dr. Staes is one of the best in my opinion. I'm pleased I found his practice.

I was long over due to see a dentist and I live right across them, so I checked out reviews online and decided to go in. They are super nice! From the receptionists to the dentist who work there. They made me feel super comfortable. I was informed what was happening every step of the way and will continue to go back.

I have been going here for a little over a year. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and I wasn’t sure where to start. They set me up on a path to a great healthy dental higene and smile. The staff was great! Super friendly and helpful and quick to answer any questions I may have. From the front desk to all the way to the dentists they are all very nice and knowledgeable. I was nervous about going but now I always feel in excellent hands. I highly reccomend them whether you’re single or want to take your whole family. They also worked with me on payments for some of the larger dental work appointments I had which was super awesome and helpful. I also work out of town and at times would have to reschedule appointments(not that I wanted to), but they were always super nice and worked with my difficult schedule. I wouldn’t go to any other dental facility.

New Patient: I haven't been to the dentist in at least 2 yrs, and it was a terrible experience. I've been to the dentist a lot when I was a kid so they don't scare me. I definitely like Villa Dental. I'll be coming back here regularly. Sam and Staff are nice and they all educated me on the damages ive done to my teeth and how I can take better care of them. Throughout each procedure I've been through the Doc made sure I was comfortable.

Every time I've gone there with my family the staff has been incredibly helpful. The whole facility is impeccable and they have things to entertain the whole family while we waited. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a dentist in the area as they are very profesional and they make you feel like you're at home.

Coming from someone who was TERRIFIED of the dentist I must say that I don't mind it anymore. The staff is amazing, office is relaxing (love the fish tank!). Dr. Staes is awesome! Walks you through everything he is doing and makes sure you are comfortable. I had two extractions last year and a deep clean the other day. I had no pain during either procedure and very minimal soreness after. I took my son for his first visit the other day and referred my friend there as well. If ten stars was an option that's what I would give!!!

Dr. Stars and his staff are great! Front staff always remembers me and are always happy to see you. They make accommodations when I am having a problem tooth, as fast as they can. My dentist anxiety was through the roof before I started going here due to bad childhood dentistry but I am now very comfortable going into the office. Couldn’t recommend this office more.

One of the BEST dental experiences, I’ve received thus far. I’m not a fan of the dentist and did make some unexpected trips. Although, I will have to compliment Dr. Staes, Anissa and other staff for being so kind and personable on every visit. If I still lived closer, Dr. Staes would have remained my primary. If you’re looking for 1st class dentistry, this is the place.
