I’ve been coming to Dr. Staes office since my son was six months and now he is 3 years old. I am long over due with giving them a review but I didn’t forget. I have to say we have always been welcomed with a smile from the moment we are check in. Anissa is always so sweet to us. Our wait time is not long at all, plus the waiting room set up is nice. Every single staff member there is amazing. My own experience as well was great. Dr. Staes has always been professional and always answers every concern I have. Thank you for being great dentist.

I'm quick to write a negative review, but it's just as important to acknowledge great service. Dr. Staes and his team have been so awesome; so professional and kind. I appreciate the warmth and truly genuine concern for my oral care. Villa has to be one of VERY few dental offices that doesn't price gouge. I was refered to Villa by someone and even now after I have relocated to another city, I travel from a great distance to Villa to continue to receive my oral care. Once my trust is earned......I'm a "lifer" (I'm in for the rest of my life). Villa Dental can definitely consider me a lifer.

I was very pleased with the friendly staff and Dr Staes, he is so warm, open, informative, and thorough with all that you need done and eager to answer any questions you have. From the very moment I walked into Villa Dental, my extraordinary dental experience began. Clarissa was the first to greet me and immediately checked me in for my appointment. The front office and lounge was welcoming, clean and comfortable. I was soon led into the back for X-rays by Veronica who made me feel at ease with her knowledge and expertise, not to mention her humor which helped me feel relaxed. I was then given a tour of the facility by Veronica with an introduction by Dr. Staes. He made me feel comfortable and safe after hearing that I get very anxious and nervous about visiting the dentist. I was in awe of the TVs that were in every room and at that perfect overhead angle for courtesy and entertainment to make for a different dentist experience, an extraordinary one. A special shout out to Kristy for doing an excellent job in assisting the doctor during my appointment. I believe Villa Dental goes above and beyond to make a special experience for their patients and it shows through their friendliness, selflessness and performance. I would recommend Villa Dental to anyone. Thank you for taking care of me!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I called on a Saturday with severe pain. The office was almost closing but the dentist still saw me. I needed to have an extraction. He stayed after hours and removed the wisdom tooth ensuring I didn't go all weekend with pain. Couldn't have asked for better service.
Everyone was friendly and polite. This will now be my dental care home. Definitely recommend.
