The office is modern and clean with friendly staff. Wait time was exceptionally short, and I love the fact that I got reminder texts for my appointment. My 3 year olds were very at ease with Dr. Staes and Veronica was very patient while trying to x-ray the girls. The front office staff were super welcoming. Anissa called to remind me it was time for a cleaning, scheduled and rescheduled me when I couldn't make the first appointment with no problem. Clarissa even took the time to show my kids the baby fish in the fish tank. I highly recommend going to Villa Dental.

The best dental experience for all members of my family. Dr. Staes and his entire staff were so friendly and professional. The office is just amazing. I would definitely recommend Villa Dental to anyone! They are the definition of professional, courteous and welcoming. Just had my first appointment and I was a bit uneasy. But Dr. Staes and his wonderful staff eased all my fears and I had a great experience. Dr. Staes explained everything multiple times to make sure I understood and answered all my questions. I have already referred a few friends and a family member! Best dental experience I've ever had. Hands down!

I rarely write reviews but Villa Dental has changed my perception of going to the dentist for the better. I had a broken molar, a few cavities and some old crowns for a couple years before I found this practice and decided to take the leap. Dr. Staes and his staff are extremely patient, helpful and a genuine pleasure to be around. They go above and beyond making sure you are comfortable and "in control". I love how diligent they are going over your x-rays with you so you know exactly what is going on and they take every single one of your concerns seriously. They are also super modern and have some of the coolest tech I've ever seen! I have a couple chipped veneers in the front that can be pricey to fix (they have tried to fight for me with my insurance numerous times, I can't thank them enough) but I'm probably going to take the leap once again to get them fixed because I don't want to imagine going anywhere else and I'm moving soon, I wish I could just take them with me! The work I've had done has given me a pep in my step and I highly, highly recommend them.

Dr. Staes and his staff are amazing! You will not get the braces and teeth whitening sales pitch within the first five minutes of the initial consultation. You will get detailed photos of your teeth and Dr. Staes will talk you through the status of each tooth and what work is truly needed. After several decades, my sealant had worn and tooth decay had set in...saw it myself. Never knew that before...again...I was being pitched braces and teeth whitening by others.

Here is why I'm staying with Villa: my kiddo. My kiddo had been seeing a pediatric dentist. Well, we were advised to get braces. I asked Dr. Staes about braces and he said they are not needed. Knew my kiddo needed fillings though and most dentists use laughing gas. I was hesitant because at my kiddo's age, I had a horrible experience with it. Dr. Staes agreed to let me use it during my filling procedure, so I could experiment with it and it was great. A week later my kiddo got four fillings and it was a great experience. Took less than 30-minutes. My kiddo has also had sealants done here as well even though his previous dentist was hesitant to do so. My kiddo now says he loves his dentist!

TL;DR - have never been pitched braces and teeth whitening. You will be advised of work you absolutely need done. Great, quality work. Professional office.

I really enjoyed coming here to for my cleanings and to get my fillings. Dr. Staes was very attentive and friendly. He also took HD pictures of each my teeth and took the time to explain what treatment each one needed. His staff was also very friendly and willing to assist me as soon as I walked in. I've never had a more pleasant experience at a dentist's office and I highly recommend Villa Dental!

Dr. Staes and his staff are amazing! So friendly and so professional! For those who get high anxiety about going to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Staes and his team. They are thorough and calming. Answering your every question with a friendly smile. Referring friends and relatives!

I have to say that this place has one of the nicest staff I've ever dealt with. Staff was very professional and even while I was waiting which was practically nothing they asked me if I wanted to change the channel on the TV. The dentist who saw me was upfront and told me what were the next procedures and gave me options as to what I should do next. The plans to pay were excellent and luckily I have a great insurance plan to go with it.

Had an appointment with two children I’m fostering and decided to keep them with same dental office to have some consistency with the children and the staff were awesome. Nice, friendly environment, clean, did a great job about getting me current with the children's dental history and staff treated the children so well they actually like coming to the dentist!
