Fantastic office staff! Always friendly and accommodating. Especially after having my son, the entire office offered to watch him while I got my cleaning. It meant so much to this new mama. I have been going to Villa Dental for several years now. They always greet me with a very pleasant smile and great attitude, the doctor and the entire staff. I appreciate that they are very professional in the way they handle everything from general cleanings, x rays, billing, scheduling. I have had some extensive dental work and also regular yearly exam and cleanings. I recommend them highly.

This is the best dental experience I have ever had. I drove all the way from Del Rio to find a good Dentist and I was not disappointed. Dr. Staes and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with the work Dr. Staes did on my teeth. He is truly a professional. The office is very modern and each room has a TV mounted on the ceiling so your time spent in the chair is made much easier by the distraction. My wife and I definitely will continue to use this Dentist.

I love this office! The staff is always so hospitable and punctual! The most I have waited was 10 minutes to be seen, but typically I am in the back getting seen within 5 minutes of arriving. I would and do suggest this office to anyone looking for quality dental work and a great experience!

The staff is so awesome, they are super friendly and very knowledgeable. We were a little worried to come in and get serviced but the Dr was so awesome and made us completely comfortable. We have never been to another dentist office like this before. They even have televisions on the ceiling ( you can stream Netflix) they offer blankets and pillows also. The environment was relaxed and extremely comfortable. Definitely will recommend this office off 410 and Babcock for Dental Service.

Like many, I am deathly afraid of going to the dentist. I knew that I had to get dental work done so I finally decided to look for one. The reviews were awesome so I decided to check them out. The reviews were spot on! Dr. Staes and his staff were incredible. They made me feel at ease. They walked me through everything. They even gave me a tour of their facilities. On top of that, you can watch Netflix while they are working on you! I highly recommend them, especially for someone that has anxiety about going to the dentist.

Let me just start off by saying, BEST experience at a dentist office I have ever had! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Staes and Dr. Upton are so nice and super thorough with explaining treatments and the process of everything so I never felt confused or worried. This clinic has such a cool vibe throughout the entire place plus you get to watch Netflix while you get your teeth cleaned! I felt like I was in great hands and I can’t wait for my next visit !!
