Just got my braces taken off. OMG .....got done so fast in 6 months. Beautiful smile and love the staff and the doctor. Paid almost half less than the office next door. They overcharge on everything. Love you guys.

I have been coming to this office for the past 5 years and every time I am greeted nicely and have been satisfied with all of my dental work. I had my wisdom teeth taken out here, went through orthodontics treatment and came in for check ups and cleanings. Dr. C is the best dentist I have ever seen and is such an amazing and kind person. I would recommend this place to any person looking for a great place to get their dental work done.

I was very disappointed in the service I received. I was completely annoyed and taken aback by the feeling of being railroaded, and not valued due to the type of insurance I had. I never felt like an informed client, I always felt rushed whenever I was in the office for service, and I felt like the customer with the best benefits, or paying the most money got the most attention from the Dr. Although I had the money to pay and had changed my insurance from HMO to PPO, I still did not seek any further treatment from this office, based on the treatment I received and how the clinic is run. I am not at all sorry this relationship did not work out, because as they say , things truly do happen for a reason. The dentist /orthodontist that I have now are wonderful they give very clear and precise explanation about every procedure both before and after, the doctors take their time and don't treat the business like an assembly line. The braces that I have now, are great, and not one of the brackets have fallen off, so there's no fear of losing $1000, and being told a BS story of why I can't get some of my money back. I was able to get the braces the following week, without any problems. The Dr. was also able to remove the residual glue left on my teeth by this office as well as buff out an indentation drilled into my front tooth, while trying over and over again to etch and bond brackets on, that were not adhering in the first place. Now that is a true value in dentistry.

I will give this place 5 stars! I hate the dentist in general but these people are very nice and patient. They made sure I felt comfortable during the whole procedure, even though I was terrified. These people have been a blessing to me and I just want to say thank you to them! You guys are awesome! :)

I absolutely love Value Dental! Before coming here, I was petrified of dentists, mostly due to bad experiences at other places. On my first initial visit, I was practically in tears not knowing what to expect. But Dr. C and her staff were so kind, patient, and caring. Dr C explained everything in full detail regarding my dental procedures. I had a root canal, a filling and a crown done over the course of a month. They do excellent work! I'm super happy with my new crown, and that root canal was a breeze, zero pain afterwards. Like I said, I'm a fairly new patient, but I feel like I've known Dr C and her staff for years. I really like how they talk to me on a first name basis, it's so comforting to me. I also like how they didn't pressure me on any of the dental work. I highly recommend this place, they've made me a very satisfied customer.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The doctor was good with my daughter. However the office manager committed dental fraud, when I brought this to the attention of the manager she did refund me the money she over charged. However when my daughter was there she was not able to get her cleaning because I was told it was not covered on my insurance. When I received my EOB from my insurance company and it shows a cleaning at $0.00 charge to patient. I did have another appointment scheduled for another extraction I also asked them to do the cleaning since they filed a claim on services that was not rendered. When I arrived for them appointment the office manager told me she was getting out of Network with my insurance company and I would have to pay as a cash customer. SO I have to wait SIX months to see anther dentist so my daughters can get the dental care this place stole from her... I had a co worker call them the other day (and I have this call recorded) to see if they accepted our insurance she said yes.

Very professional and courteous staff! This was my son's first experience going to the dentist. They made it very comforting for both of us! He had a little cavity and they took care of it quickly, explaining everything in detail prior! I definitely recommend this place for all my family and friends!

I first came with the intentions to pull all of my teeth Dr. C has changed my mind and done such a wonderful job with giving me a beautiful smile again. All the girls here are so sweet and patient. Very affordable wether you have don’t have insurance or are like me and have maxed out your insurance. I highly recommend. 😁😄
