My husband and I had a great experience there this week. Glenda really takes the time to make sure you understand what is being done, why it is being done, no matter how many times she needs to explain. She also goes out of her way to make sure that the payment process is as painless as the procedure. The assistants and dentist were personable and professional, and we look forward to seeing them again.

Everyone working here is awesome I have never been to a dentist office and they really take good care of you the best team ever!! Love going in to my appointments now. I love my team thanks to all !!! Great job!!

My daughter went in for root canal. They refused to give her anything for pain when she left the office. We explicitly explained to them that she cannot take any ibuprofen because of stomach issues. An hour after the procedure she was crying in pain. I called back to the office and told them how bad of pain she was in. Still, dentist refused to call her anything in. When we went in for initial visit we were told that she would be given something for her pain. And their website it says they give patients pain medication. I chose this location because of their website stating that they treat pain after procedures. Needless to say, we will not be using them again. If they want to take my money upfront like they did they should’ve stated this. They didn’t have any problem calling making sure that the money was going to be given before the procedure. I Feel sorry for anyone who gets this particular endodontist. He has no bedside manner whatsoever.

Booked appt 2 weeks in advance. Used their online scheduler to do so.

Turns out the online scheduler triple-booked me and two other patients for the same time. I know this is the case because when I showed up, the reception team showed me the scheduling system.

The reception team said that the call center should have called me to reschedule, but they never did. Or at least they called me from a "spam likely" number without leaving a voicemail for me to know who they were. No emails sent to reschedule either.

On top of this, I had to play phone tag with their team to verify my insurance beforehand. For some reason their system couldn't find my plan (next dentist had no problem). AND they didn't look at the scheduling system to tell me about the triple-booking when I was talking with them about the insurance!

Ended up wasting a bunch time and taking off work for no reason. If scheduling my first appt was this difficult, I'm not sure I want to be a patient here.

Reception team was really nice. Seems like the challenges are beyond them and at the corporate level

I just relocated to the area and I needed a dental cleaning before the end of the year. Jordan was able to schedule me an immediate appointment. Jada did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth. Kudos to Dr. Feaster for doing an amazing job on explaining the dental health of my teeth and his recommendations. Outstanding customer services from each and every individual I came into contact with. Thank you all!

I can’t say enough about this office. This is the first time I’ve been to a dentist and had my worries and anxiety put at ease. This is the first time it didn’t feel like just a transaction. Every single person I spoke to was not only friendly, but they took the time to make me feel comfortable and to explain the procedures as well as treatment plans and payment options. I have dental issues that have caused me alot of pain and embarrassment and they made sure I didn’t feel like that in their office. We got a treatment plan worked out for me and booked my husband and kids an appointment for next month. I recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give this office a shot.

The best dental office I have ever been to in my 65 years of life. I am a dental chicken so the minute I walk in my heart rate went up and my blood pressure rose. The staff there immediately made me feel at ease and then the caring service started. By the time I walked out I had forgotten all about my fears. Thank you to ALL the staff there.

This is the most fantastic dental office I’ve been to in a long time!! Glenda runs the front and she is so nice and helpful. She made sure I was able to sign up for a plan and also a payment plan so I could get everything done I needed. Stormy is the dental assistant and she is amazing. She knows her stuff. Dr. Vaughn is so awesome. She listens to what you need. She’s patient and encouraging and knows what needs done. I would recommend this dentist to anyone!! Felt like family by the time I left.

These professionals are absolutely wonderful!!! Dr.Feaster is so efficient and calming. I recently moved here and was searching for a dentist now my search is definitely over I’m recommending Waxahachie Modern Denistry highly 🤩 Thanks again 😊

The operation manager (Glenda I believe ) I called months ago to schedule my first appointment and she said she will call back and never did , I called again and she tells me the same thing and never calls. I called the third time really early and someone else was able to schedule my appointment. Really disappointed with the front desk
