Excellent care by Crystal having my teeth cleaned. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and funny. Dr Rivers explained to me everything I needed to know about up coming procedures even drew pictures so I could see what he was relating to.
He seems very confident and caring, very knowledgeable in his field and I will be happy to go back to this office.

Every staff member is friendly and attentive. Dr. Rivers is definitely the best dentist I have ever had. He's thorough and gentle with the anesthesia process, I have never had any pain during procedures. I never feel rushed through or like they are overbooked. Went in today to get two crowns fixed that a previous dentist had done. Sophie and Dr. Rivers did an excellent job! It went by quickly and I didn’t experience any pain or even discomfort. I used to really dislike going to the dentist but I finally have a dentist I don’t mind going to because it’s always a positive experience and everyone is so nice!

Semiannual cleaning and checkup went very well. Crystal is my hygienist. Very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and skillful. Dr. Rivers is the best dentist I have ever had. I will go no where else. I would tell everyone to get their dental work done with Dr. Rivers, but I don’t like to share.

This was our visit to this office and it was awesome. New patient X-rays, teeth cleaning, fixed my crown and scanned me for a new bite guard. All in 1 visit and saved me another 2hr round trip. Thank you River Ranch Dental!!! ☝️ That was a review I failed to post from a year ago. Oops.
Yesterday though, the ladies at River Ranch Dental blew me away. I showed up for my appointment 3hrs early by mistake. I couldn’t reschedule as I was leaving the country that night to film in a TV show. I started to walk out when one of the ladies asked if I could wait 10min. This angel said she would take her own x-rays, freeing up a tech who could take care of me. 🤩 She then apologized, stating my whitening trays would need to be picked up when I returned in a month. There just wasn’t enough time or hands that day. My Technician was super lady #4 that day. She worked on my teeth whitening for 2hrs. Every time I went under the lamp, she ran out of the room. This happened multiple times. She didn’t abandon me, she periodically peeked her head and asked if I was doing ok then disappeared again. She was sweet and always smiling, I felt very comfortable. When we were done she said “I finished your whitening trays so you can take those with you when you leave today”. Really!? 😳🤯❤️❤️❤️ Talk about blowing expectations out of the water!
I can’t thank all the ladies at River Ranch Dental for all your help. You really went above and beyond to help me. That never happens to me and wish I could express how much that meant to me. Thank you ladies!
