So happy I found you guy! Front desk ladies Tammy and Laura are very kind. Got me in asap. Kelli the hygienist, is probably the sweetest women ever. I came in with defeat, as I know I need work done. She made me feel so comfortable. We made conversation like we are old friends. Dr. Hatch is a sweet man. Talking to him I came in with the water works, because I feeling so terrible. He talked me through it and assured me it was fixable. I left feeling so much better about my situation and I can’t thank you all enough! See you soon!

Great experience having my teeth cleaned with Kolbee. Dr. Hatch seems to be very nice as well. Looking forward to my next cleaning appointment and very thankful for the great service.

Best dental clinic evet!!! Great staff..entire clinic runs like a well oiled machine . Dr Hatch is gentle and takes the time to relieve any anxiety before doing his thing.

I’ve literally never had such a good experience at a dentist in my entire life. From the very first interaction (the phone call to make the appt.) to the moment I left them, I felt like a patient they cared about and not just another number. As a new patient, they couldn’t get me in till August (I made the appt. in June), but they put me on a wait list in case anybody cancelled. At the beginning of July, I got a phone call from them saying there was a cancellation and they could get me in that morning. When I had answered the phone, I was a bit frazzled, dealing with making breakfast for my two kids, so I didn’t listen carefully and I just assumed it was my regular doctor calling me to reschedule (because coincidentally, I had an appt. with my doctor later that day. So I assumed my doc was just moving my appt. to an earlier time). So I show up at my doctor and realize I made a mistake. By that time, if I had tried to make it to the dentist, I’d be 10 minutes late. I also had my baby with me because babies are easy to have in a doctors office. I hadn’t been expecting to go to the dentist, where having a baby in your lap is a little more complicated.

Well, the lady on the phone told me it was no big deal and that I could still come in if I wanted. So I did. The woman at the front desk (Laura I believe her name is) was SO friendly and kind! Honestly, this is extremely important to me. I can’t stand when doctors hire grumpy people to be at the front desk. A kind person at the front is such a huge plus for me. She ogled my baby and was just so friendly. And she didn’t seem annoyed or make me feel stupid for the mistake I had made.

When I got the the room, the hygienist was also very friendly. Her and Laura and 2 other ladies all took turns coming in and playing with my baby and distracting her while I got my teeth cleaned. None of them touched my baby or took her out of her car seat without my permission though. They were just soooooo nice! Eventually my baby got fussy and I asked if I could hold her in my lap or if that would be too hard for them to clean my teeth while I was holding a wiggly baby. They allowed it and just totally worked with me. Then Dr. Hatch came in real quick, how dentists do. He was friendly and kind.

When it was time to leave, they made me a new appt. for the work I would need next time. They printed out a sheet with the price breakdown and explained it to me without me having to ask how to read it. They also emailed the price breakdown to me. I left feeling happier than I did going in… which says a lot about a dentist.

I love how I feel @ Dr Hatch’s office. They have a great staff. I am grateful for their friendly, small town honest approach in dentistry. They are good people with a desire to help others with their dental needs. I continue to refer people to this office. We have been patients for 8 years. I have enjoyed every Hygienist & appreciated the quality of service that has served me & my family. Thank you Mountain View Dental!

I feel so blessed to have found this practice. Everyone that works there is so nice and professional. The office is beautiful, with all the newest/latest equipment.

I loved the office the moment I walked in. The staff was terrific. Amy and Kelly were cheerful, polite and professional. Dr Hatch was so kind and knowledgeable . They answered questions and discussed problems and options with me. I felt very comfortable. I will recommend them to others.

More than once, I have had emergency dental needs. Mountain View Dental has been very good to work with and has gone the extra mile to fit me into the schedule on short notice. They have always given me exceptional service. No complaints after many visits. 5 stars!!

Dr Hatch is the sweetest, kindest and most gentle dentist I've ever been to. I had a ton of questions this visit and he took the time to answer everyone if them. His staff is great as well...I will never go to any other dental office!

Great staff!!! Very clean office. I especially appreciate that I've never felt like they have tried to recommend something that didn't need done. I've been to dentists that have told me I have needed something extra every time I've had my teeth cleaned. These guys are great with kids too.
