I've had 3 cleanings. The office can't seem to figure out how to Bill the correct insurance company even though I've had the correct insurance company on my cell phone talking to the office billing person. Now I just get a text message threatening to pay the bill or they are sending it to collections.
It has been months and months since my braces were removed. They put me in a retainer that is not practical. They down played how in practical it was. Now they are supposed to be getting me a new one. They ordered something that isn't practical. Luckily the manufacture called the Ortho and let him know it would be a waste of money. They talked him into doing a different one. Showed up to my appt to get the retainer. Someone cancelled my appt in their system yet they never notified me that it was cancelled. Then it took them 45 mins to figure out why the retainer isn't there. My teeth have moved so much in the last 4-5 months that my braces were removed without a retainer that I don't believe a retainer is going to be able to correct the movements.
These are the 2 major issues in the last year and a half. There's been more small hiccups that aren't worth mentioning but enough to know that this company is not a well oiled machine. It's definitely been a waste of thousands and thousands of dollars. All that money wasted.
