I absolutely loved the service! Nelson was the one that helped me and she was absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I was also very happy that Nel did not rush on getting my teeth cleaned to try to get to the next customer. The while experience was great.

Today I was terrified for my deep cleaning… Nel greeted me at the front desk and was so sweet and genuine! I was able to make through the deep cleaning with topical numbing only and she was comforting the whole time! Thank you for such a great cleaning experience Nel!

The experience that I have had from this place is so horrible! I have been trying for days to get my X-rays sent to another office since their prices are better and their work is amazing and professional dental is refusing to send my X-rays to the new office it’s ridiculous. They either hang up the phone put me on hold tell me they have “sent” them and they haven’t. They also wrote up a dental plan with things that didn’t make sense I got a second opinion and all the stuff they put was basically taken off they put unnecessary “upgrades” that racked up the plan by over $900 they also charge you a 15 copay to buy gloves and masks seriously? Are you using the whole box on me? Didn’t think so. Do not give them your business unless you want to deal with shady people
