I wish I could give them a negative review. When I made the appointment for my 6 year old I verified they took our insurance. His appointment day we waited more than an hour past his appointment time to even get started. And now more than half way through his appointment they tell me they dont take his insurance. Gee, thanks. They are giving me a coupon for today but this is very unprofessional.

Naleen was awesome!
BUT...after more than 1 year of them not submitting the bill to my insurance company for 1 cleaning and a repair of a chipped tooth-I ended up paying $110.06 of which $25.06 was finance charges for the past 6 months. How am I responsible for your financial department's incompetence?!?!
If you have insurance, make sure that they know how to submit the bill for payment. (I learned way too much about insurance billing than I ever cared to!!!)

Dr. John Myers and his dental assistants did a really good job making my oral device. it definitely does help improve my sleep apnea I recommend anyone that has sleep apnea to have one made from professional dental!

I got my braces with Professional Dental in layton. I think their staff is amazing! Their always so nice and welcoming. Jenn is awesome she always helps with my bands. I recommend this place. They are a 5 star for sure :)

The staff is fine, but their billing department is terrible. I have "fallen through the cracks" three times on billing (and have had only three cleanings). The last time I went I insisted on paying my copay and they theoretically ran my card. However, I am now again getting a bill because the payment never went through. I tried updating my address and that never saved as well which meant I was not getting any communication from them.

After PCSing here, the hunt for a dentist took us to three different practices. The practices were extremely pushy, had issues with us being minorities, and were just not professional.
After coming in here for a second opinion, my family has found a great dental practice this is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and they genuinely care. I’m so glad we found this office!

They are really nice when I'm there but I Have had an issue with billing everytime we have gone in. They have made many mistakes with double booking appointments and even fixing cavities.
