It was real easy to get an appointment! Called in November last yr. on a Wednesday, they scheduled me the very next day. Everyplace else couldn't get in until next month!!! I chipped my front tooth off, so basically I had to go‼️ I haven't been to a dentist in a very long time. My anxiety kept me from going. The staff is very friendly but do not follow through. Here it is April, and I never heard a word back. Do not recommend.

Professional Dental is garbage. They're trying to charge me $456.00 for a check that my insurance company was suppose to send to me in the amount of $76.00.. they purposely went out of network to get the extra $76.00...be aware of the West Valley location.. they're Snakes trying to get extra money.... Don't worry my insurance company is sending out the check again..& investigating them for fraud...

Will not be going back, Neleen is awesome but they continue to jerk me around with the bill. I've gone for free cleaning every year for the last 5 yrs through CIGNA insurance. Allows me two free cleanings a year. They continuously screw up the insurance and charge me for an extra x-ray that is not covered, or they use an out of network dentist and then charge me additional money because insurance does not cover, or they charge me for fluoride, and then find out insurance pays for it. I picked them through my network at work because they are in the network... frustrating. They do a great job, and I appreciate the service I have gotten, just tired of getting random calls from Jill regarding fees that I am unaware of during the appointment. Take care... Thank you Neleen... you are so awesome!

Neleen did a good job cleaning my teeth. The reception, however, certainly needs to care more about patients coming in. It was my first time and as I walked in two workers were behind the desk chatting about their personal lives. After a couple minutes, one told me to wait just a minute and they kept talking about their lives. While filling out my paperwork, I was informed that none of the doctors were in so if any problems arose I had to wait for a call and comeback. Overall, it was pretty disappointing, especially for a "professional dental."

The dental hygienist, Bailey and Neleen were the most kindest sweethearts to ever clean my teeth! The energy I got from the first step through the front door was just so refreshing. I usually hate going to the dentist but EVERYONE here made me feel like I was a friend. I expressed my concerns of my overbite and wanting to correct it to the dental hygienist, and she immediately got a hold of Dr. Oldroyd. He is an orthodontist (as well as a sweetheart)and got a quick exam and consultation even if I just made an appointment for a basic exam and cleaning! I got way more than I bargained for and I think I found my favorite dentistry.

It was my first time switching dentists, and I was nervous at first. But these guys were awesome! They made me feel so welcome and comfortable, and explained each individual procedure that we were going to complete. Definetly made me feel like a member of their team. They also treated each other like family, which is great! Loved it!

We have been to a lot of Professional Dental offices over the years. We were here for an orthodontist consult for our teenager and they got us in for a cleaning as well the day of.
Nel was fun, easy to work, and gave us some great tips to help keep everything in tip top shape. She also shared what our insurance did and didn't cover for the visit and gave us the options.
Dr. Mason helped identify TMJ and grinding and showed us what we can do to correct it. Very thorough and detailed team.

Wonderful experience going here. The staff really cares about you. Ms. Wong and Ginger worked on my teeth together and they did an incredible job. About 10 years ago, I had my two front teeth chipped, since then I have been to 4 dentists, Professional Dental working with Ms. Wong and Ginger was by far the best experience thus far. They definitely restored my confidence with my smile. I am so grateful for Ms. Wong and Ginger. Ginger was especially friendly and nice to work with. She is an extremely knowledgeable assistant. I don't know what her current rate is, but I definitely feel she deserves a raise. Assistant of her caliber, experience, and friendly demeanor are rare.
