Wow! This was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist! Not only was it a painless visit, but the staff was very warm and friendly. Dr. Bowen was very clear about explaining what was being done. If that wasn't enough they have a complementary gelato machine! If you are from the Orem/Provo area---or even if you're not---you should go to Canyon Dental to have the most enjoyable dental experience!

After suffering from a massive infection for about two weeks, I was able to get into Dr. Kyle within hours from my call. I was obviously nervous while suffering from the pain, however Dr. Kyle and his staff (Alex) were more than accommodating. I was some what impressed because of the situation, however I was treated with such a great deal of "respect" from the entire staff that I quickly calmed down. It was prudent that everything Dr. Kyle performed on me was with in our budget, therefore Alex went over all the billing with me thoroughly and clearly to achieve proper expectations. Dr. Kyle even gave me his cellular number to check on me through out the weekend prior to my procedure... What a guy!! Successfully outcome! Plus, my teeth and caps look very impressive. Can't wait to finish everything! Thanks again!

editing post: i was able to schedule a cleaning and had a very positive experience. i always love going in because everyone is so nice. just be weary of your year mark if you buy into their plan. it was my fault i missed mine and am so grateful they ended up working with me.

we loved dr bowen. he was always very personable and always remembered who i was and my family.
reason for the 3 stars was we paid $3-400 for their dental plan since their cleaning prices were a lot higher than what they first told us, so it just made sense not having insurance. i had an appointment scheduled but never got reminder text like i usually do. (i just had my second baby, life was super chaotic and my husband is in school and work full time so it kind of got put on the back burner) i called to make an appointment but my plan apparently ended 2 weeks ago so i now would have to pay for the full cleaning again and they weren't willing to work with me. (we were also under the impression that we had until the end of the calendar year from the emails they sent out) it was my fault but it would have been nice to get a text reminder that my plan was ending and that i still had a cleaning available instead of just losing it. we have spent hundreds of dollars here getting dental work done since we loved dr bowen, but unfortunately we will not be going back

Everyone there was supper friendly!! I even had to reschedule last minute and they were very nice and accommodating. Their office is clean, nice and well kept, plus the equipment all looks new and high tech. They were great with the kids (my son even left saying it was fun there) and I can think of no complaints.

This is a really great dental office. Dr. Bowen is a great and competent dentist and the staff are really good and helpful. And they are happy and treat you well.

Had to call to postpone my appointment due to an accident on the freeway. They confirmed I would be okay. I was 15 minutes later than anticipated and they could no longer see me. A phone call would have been appreciated since I left work and had to drive 45 minutes to get there.I've noticed a major change in customer care since the new dentist arrived. It seems the staff has changed quite a bit as well. Wouldn't recommend and certainly won't go back.

Kyle Bowen is the best around, especially because I'm a big baby when it comes to dentists and mouth pain. He always makes sure you are comfortable before moving forward. 10/10 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Dr. Bowen and his staff are amazing! I was in and out of the office today in about 15 mins for a crown repair! They are all super friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients! Thank you!!!
