Dr. Palmer and his staff are fabulous. I used to avoid the dentist at all costs, but these guys are the best. They take great of you! I recommend their office without hesitation.

Just like every other company in Utah, they lie. I was extremely upfront and honest about my financial situation. I have in writing saying they would work a payment plan with me. I explained my past trauma with dentist. They assured me it would be a great visit. I arrive and what happens.... No payment plan. Although they will do a free consultation to do what I already know. Which I am told I'd I don't get this fixed I can die if an infection goes into blood streem. Yet no dentist wants to help a person (willing to pay in advance and make payments). It's all about the dang money. Utah is the most corrupt righous state I've encountered

I just had my six month check-up. I am so thrilled to have a great dentist like Dr. Palmer and Dr. Allred.
They and their staff are professional, precise and kind. Would I recommend them to someone else? I just did!

They were able to make a crown for me in about 30 minutes. I didn’t have to wait and go back for another appointment to put it on. The staff all all very nice, friendly and professional. SLC Dental you’re awesome.

I am super picky when it comes to dentists. I can handle any other medical procedure, but when it comes to my mouth I am very particular. Dr Palmer, Dr Park, and the entire staff here are fantastic. The office is a little small, but they do a good job managing the space. I live in utah county, so its a bit of a drive, but its always worth it. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity both Dr Palmer and Park practice. Prior to my first visit, I went to a different office and both the hygienist and doctor told me I had at least four cavities with the possibility of even more in the near future. They handed me a packet and walked me across the office to their financing department to go over the expense of the now six cavities. I was so confused how I gained two cavities just by walking across the hallway. When I went to Dr Palmer, he told me I had one cavity, and a few problem areas. Not six. So, after taking care of the cavity, he gave me instructions on how to practice better dental hygiene and by the next teeth cleaning the problem areas had cleared up. Needless to say, as long as I live in utah Dr Palmer will be my dentist.

I found Dr. Allred and Dr. Palmer by referral and all I can say is amazing things. Dr. Palmer and Dr. Allred have been amazing dentists. I've been having work done on my teeth for the past year and I wouldn't of been able to do it if it wasn't for this dental office. They work so well with you and let you make payment arrangements. I'm so happy to finally have found this dentist. Also all the dental assistants and secretaries are awesome! Thank you so much Dr. Palmer and Dr. Allred

Good basic dental care, but we feel like we’re constantly being upsold by Dr. Palmer for procedures and other fixes that aren’t necessary. We have gotten second opinions a couple of times and both times the second dentist has disagreed. We’ve opted not to “fix” and a few years later things are still fine. I appreciate the friendly staff and I have no complaints about basic dental care, but it’s obnoxious to constantly have to say, “no thank you.”

Honestly would not go anywhere else for dental care. Dr. Palmer is knowledgeable and caring, he will do whatever it takes to help you feel better. I've had 2 extractions and implants, a root canal and my wisdom teeth taken out. He did an excellent job on all of them and really makes me feel much better anytime I'm in the chair. I have anxiety when I'm getting work done and I know I can trust him to do a fantastic job, which makes everything go smoother for me. All of the staff there are the nicest people. After my dog Scooby passed away, Dawn was so kind to me about it. Caroline, Paula, Ruth, Deanne, Dawn and Rachel I've worked with before and are all fantastic as they come, and I'm certain everyone there is the same way, even though I don't know them. Thank you for doing what you're doing.

They sent me electronic paperwork to complete before hand and I did the paperwork, which they pretended not to have. Then said well it's past 2 anyway so we have to reschedule you. This is after I called 3 times on the way there because I couldn't find the office. BTW it's tucked clear in the back in the smaller building if you need that info. But my recommendation is skip the trip. You most likely won't get to see the dentist anyway and you'll be better off without the wasted gas, added aggravation and hefty dose of public humiliation.

I don't care about your excuses. You were unnecessarily rude and would have had no problem making me wait hours in the waiting room so 10 minutes should have been reasonable. Also I had the forms already open in my browser with the completion screen but I was so disgusted by that point I wouldn't have stayed anyway. Too busy to answer my calls. Too busy to see me. But not too busy to hound me on social media to get that appointment scheduled. Good luck with that. No wonder you can't get those bills paid, you won't actually see anyone. And for the record, I use my maiden name on social media where you contacted me, which is pretty damn common. (And yes, the first communication I had was a Facebook form sent from your page. You contacted me first because you needed patients.) It's not my problem that your system is janky.

I was very impressed with my experience with Dr. Robert Palmer. I found their office through my insurance website, and the receptionist was very open and friendly for scheduling an appointment. The x-ray technician, hygienist, and the dentist himself were all so friendly and personable. They were professional and gentle with their work. They contacted my insurance company while I was in my appointment, so payment was quick and the rates seemed reasonable. The office is really small, but clean and nice. I'm going back!
