I went to Dr. Palmer’s office yesterday morning as a new patient. When I arrived, there was an elderly gentleman with a walker in the waiting area. A few minutes later, one of the dental assistants came out to take him back for his cleaning. She greeted him and helped him stand. Then she said, “I have your John Denver all ready for you!” And as they made their way back, it was clear that he was having trouble walking. She said, “Let’s take big steps! Cha Cha steps!” And off he went. Once he was in the back, I heard “Country Roads” start up, and he and the assistant were both singing along. Next up was “Leaving on a Jet Plane”. When I was called back I mentioned it to my assistant, and she said the gentleman has Alzheimer’s and playing and singing John Denver songs helps him remember and relax for his dental services. Oh, my heart! Talk about a practice that truly understands and cares for its patients. Wonderful.

Dr. Palmer is the BEST dentist I have EVER been to- and that says a lot because I have been to dozens. I have had teeth problems my whole life, and I have felt so discouraged and defeated by so many dentists and not sure what to believe, feeling like they aren’t trusting etc. I was referred to Dr. Palmer by 3 separate people so I took a chance. He has been amazing. He thoroughly explains to me everything that’s going on and what he’s going to do- I feel like he is 100% trustworthy and isn't just trying to make some money— but genuinely cares. I feel so much more hopeful about my teeth for the first time so I am a patient for life! He is also extremely gentle and careful which is awesome too. His staff is sooo friendly and nice! I’m just so grateful I have found someone I trust since my teeth have always been a huge concern my whole life.

Dr. Palmer is great! I went to get a filling redone and he walked me through it all and everything went smoothly. Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful!

Dr Palmer and his staff are great! They know me by name and always ask about my family when I'm there. I've always had great dental care from them and would highly recommend them. My wife had a terrible experience with a dentist many years ago that frightened her so bad that she had not been to a dentist for 11 years. Finally a dental issue forced her to go and I recommended Dr Palmer to her. She went and had such a great experience that her fears have calmed and she was very grateful for their care and attentiveness to her needs.

Dr. Palmer and the staff are AMAZING! Extremely accommodating and professional. I have always absolutely dreaded going to the dentist until I found this team, excellent patient care and welcoming atmosphere. THANK YOU DOC AND STAFF!!

Dr Palmers office got me in right away for a tooth ache. I was a new patient. They explained everything really well and we’re very thorough. Dr Palmer was conservative with his treatment plan and had me on my way quickly. I’m super prone to cavities so they gave me prescription toothpaste. The dental chairs were also massage chairs which was awesome.

What a great staff! Amazing doctors and hygienists, I couldnt believe all the cool new technology there is in the dentristy world and they have it all! Hand held x-ray machines, sonic teeth cleaning that takes half the time and cleans great. Overall very good experience!

Super friendly staff! Went in with a broken tooth and they were able to give me a full root canal. Very efficient process. I have anxiety surrounding dentistry but they made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.

The dentists are skilled, but the administrative staff is a nightmare. Even though we've been patients for a year, they still are unable to properly bill our insurance. Dr. Palmer offered to do $5K worth of unsolicited, cosmetic work on me; and when I asked for a satisfaction guarantee, I was encouraged by the admin staff to go elsewhere. Requests to speak with Dr. Palmer are ignored. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for dental services.

This dentist office has an extremely small, claustrophobic office space, with a staff outnumbering patients four fold. I saw that the parking situation is very limited and not conducive to parking safely. I’ve heard that this dental office has a reputation for overcharging patients insurance and then charging patients the difference. I’m told by previous and potential patients that the pressure of up selling services that are not necessarily needed, but could benefit the bottom line feels like a slimy used car dealership. In my opinion, bottom line, I’d avoid obtaining dental care here.
