The staff at Bright Smiles are all so friendly and also professional. Dr. Visser and Rita are a great team and did excellent work. Becky is an amazing hygienist and is very knowledgeable.

All of my appointments have been very quick. No sitting around waiting to be seen. They get you taken back to a room, do what needs to be done, then the doctor comes in for your exam or treatment. I always take a book to read while waiting. I have never read one page while waiting. Treated like our time is as important as theirs.

Bright Smiles employees and doctor are the best! The staffs are always upbeat and friendly. They greet you with a smile and make you feel like family, as if you known them for a while. I had a procedure done today, which I was dramatic about it all week, just thinking about the work that is going to be done. Well, the staff made my assumptions ridiculous. They made me feel as much comfortable as I could be and the procedure took less than 10 minutes! Thank you Dr. Visser and your WONDERFUL staff for allowing my family to be part of your family!! I took both my boys in today to be seen at the same time.. My youngest son has sensory issues and ADHD. Because of this he has never let a dentist fully look into his mouth.. Today his meds wore out by the time we got to the appointment and he was all over the place. Lainy and Kelli were very understanding and sweet to him while he was trying his best to sit still. This was amazing because I was trying to get paperwork filled out. They didn't rush me, they were cheerful the whole time. When we went back my boys were comfortable there. My oldest was done quickly and they explained everything perfectly to me. My youngest they were so patient with. This was the first time EVER that my 6 year old actually let them look at his teeth and clean them! He ended up having a small cavity, and they understood his issues and didn't try to push expensive and unnecessary procedures on me. His cavity was fixed same day with an in office procedure. I love love love how amazing Aubrey and Shante were with my boys. When we left my son actually said "I love them. I want to go there forever." In his world this is HUGE!!

The doctor is efficient, fast and straightforward. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The price was given up front, the appointment was on time, the office space was clean and my cavities are filled- can’t ask for much more from a dentist office!

Our family loves Dr. Smith, he is a great dentist! We have been patients of his for nearly 10 years. My two oldest children are currently orthodontic patients of his and I just finished my clear correct ortho treatment. It is so nice to feel comfortable with your dentist and know you are receiving the best care possible. I have recommended Dr. Smith to family and friends and all that come are never disappointed.

Every employee is kind and happy, greeting you with smiling faces. They always make my children and I feel very welcome and comfortable.
