Got a root canal here 2 years ago. My first visit took hours like I expected, but the dentist who helped me kept on saying this like “whoops” “oops” while working on me. After hours he said that the tooth he was working on has 4 nerves and he could only find 3. He asked me to come back in a couple of weeks to get a rest (me) and then look for the 4th nerve and get the new implant on. When I came back, he was searching for it and nothing. He said that maybe my tooth only had 3 nerves, finished everything and sent me
On my way. It’s been two years of sensitivity on that tooth, I feel small pains in it and I’m two years I have tried to avoid paying attention because 1- it was not cheap and 2- it was such a bad experience that I don’t want to think of dentists. Well now the pain is obviously is getting worst. Going to have to look for a new place and spend more money on something I trusted this place had fixed.

Went in randomly to get a new permanent retainer even though I didn't do orthodontics through them in the past and had a great experience. Quick availability and they did a great job at a great rate.

Had my wisdom teeth taken out a few months ago, the staff and doctor were great and had excellent bedside manner. They answered all of my questions fully, explained the procedure, and were very accommodating with their scheduling. I was able to get a next day appointment for my first consultation, with the surgery taking place a week or so later. After the procedure, I had a few questions, and they were very easy to get a hold of, even going so far as to giving me the cell phone number of the dental assistant for emergency concerns. They did collect my insurance copay up front, which ended up being an overpayment on my part, however, they issued me a check promptly for the overpayment. Overall, a great office.

I came in to re-do crown on front tooth because it was dark. They made same day crown, and in the process when materials looked dark on the tooth under the crown I was told repeatedly “it is only now like this, it will be good when completed”. Well, in the end I paid $250 and walked out with crown equally dark as before. At a time I was tired and polite and didn’t ask for money back and now it’s been couple of years. Disappointed.

I saw Dr Carter last week and cannot say enough good things about him or the staff who helped me. Dr Carter gave me clear and concise information to help me decide on a treatment plan, was patient with all my questions, and very friendly and courteous. The staff went above and beyond to help me with a family emergency and has definitely earned my trust and support from here on out. They’re the best!!

The staff is absolutely amazing to work with! And both Dr. Goodell and Dr. Burr are extremely patient, friendly, thoughtful and thorough in explaining what they see and how they suggest fixing a dental problem. I would definitely recommend this office! Their children's pediatric dentist is also amazing and so patient with children, definitely recommend them for kids needs!

My experience here at west Jordan Modern Dentistry where amazing! Everyone from Stephanie, Jessica, Aleasa, and Dr Goodell. Everyone was super friendly and made sure that I was comfortable during my entire visit. I would highly recommend getting any dental work done with this company and amazing staff. Thank you!

I had my wisdom teeth out a week ago and dr Hopkins I believe was my oral surgeon. They did an amazing job and they are healing very well! I absolutely love everyone in this office my dentist is Goodell and she is amazing. So are everyone on her team! I've never minded going to the dentist but I've never loved my dental office!!

Love this place! Dr. Chilton and Devin (the hygienist) are awesome! Me and my fiancé have been going here for a year for cleanings and they remember who we are. Not very common to find service like that now a days. They let you know what you should get done right away and what can wait- absolutely no pressure by the doctor at all. After your first visit they break down suggested procedures for you and explain everything very well. The girls up front are always smiling and checking in has always been fast and professional. My fiancé and I are moving out of state and we don’t think we’ll ever find a dentistry like this place. We purposely scheduled our cleanings a little early so we could visit one last time. If you’re looking for a new dentist or wanna switch from where you’re currently going come to this place! You won’t regret it!

I absolutely loved my experience here. I always have major anxiety coming into see a dentist, but this staff made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. She works very fast and the whole staff is super caring. Best dental experience I have ever had.
