Front Desk staff are incredible. Very kind and considerate while explaining all finances appropriately.

The dental hygienists, tech's, and Dr. Burr are equally awesome. Raven has always been kind and considerate while keeping up good conversation to lighten the mood of in depth procedures.
Dr. Burr is the most patient-conscious dentist I've had. Super nice, explains everything, and does his absolute best to pursue a pain-free experience. I've never had a numbing injection that didn't sting, except with him.

All in all, super friendly front desk, and the most competent set of fingers I've ever had in my mouth...and you would be ssssssshocked at how high of a number that is....

Also they offer free coffee in the lounge, which is a bold move.

Both my daughters (7 & 4) had their 1st dentist appointment ever, and on the same day. While both had a regular checkup and cleaning, my oldest ended up getting two of her teeth extracted (while my youngest watched). The procedure went so smoothly my youngest was actually asking me if she could get some of her teeth removed (mainly to get paid by the tooth fairy, but still). Also, not once during the entire visit did either of my kids complain, which just doesn't happen anywhere.

From start to finish, I felt like the entire staff treated both my daughters as if they were their own. My kids actually like the dentist and want to go back. Thank you Modern Dentistry for creating such a positive experience for my kids and me.

West Jordan Modern Dentistry is exactly as the name states, they are modern, along with personable, efficient, flexible, and knowledgable. We have been looking for a practice closer to home and am so grateful we stumbled on this practice. I absolutely love Dr. Goodell and my husband is SO happy with Dr. Burr. The office staff are so kind and friendly!! They care about you, the patient, and do everything they can to help you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this practice for the whole family with any dental needs that come up.

Updating my review: I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned this morning. I showed up a few minutes early and got checked in, then waited for over 30 minutes. No one updated me on how long it would be, no one said "hey sorry about the wait." When I told the desk that I needed to get to work so I was leaving, they told me "well we have a lot of clients this morning." I get that things come up, but I had a scheduled appointment. If you want to maintain that five star rating, don't overbook, or at least let clients know it's going to be a wait if an emergency or something has come up. To their credit, the front desk was very nice about it.

Due to an incident with one of my teeth, I've been to WJMDO three times in two weeks. They've taken very good care of me and made me feel welcome. They're great about explaining different cost options and letting me make my own decisions. Dr. Kevin Crittenden is relatively new to the staff from what I understand, but does a fantastic job. Highly recommend this office and have already told some local family members about it.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I love going to the dentist. I started going to West Jordan Modern Denistry in 2013, and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences! I've had my wisdom teeth pulled and a root canal, so the fact that I still love going to the dentist, is saying a lot.

The staff is fantastic! I love the positive, upbeat mood of the office. I recommend this dental office to everyone! They are the best!

These guys are great! Their 39 dollar offer for a cleaning and xrays is such a great deal. I saw Dr. Burr and the assistant was Kayla. They were so caring and thorough and were actually able to get me in for a filling during the same stay. Very affordable, friendly and thorough. I would definitely recommend them!

This place is amazing!!!! I went in because my normal dentist was closed. after having a dental emergency, I walked in to an amazing environment and staff and with no prior time of being there. the doctor pulled me back and got me back to perfect they were super nice and friendly and will definitely be going back to them for future dental work. Keep up the great work everyone.

I just wanted to give a shout out to DR. JACQUELINE BELLEZ And staff! My crown had de bonded and fell out they were able to re cement my crown same day! Seriously I am so grateful they were able to fit me in days before Christmas they gave me peace of mind. Not only were they able to re cement my crown I appreciated her Thorough clinical check for re decay and an X-ray thank you guys! Cecey

I took all 3 of my kids (5, 3, 10 mo) to My Kid's Dentist, after moving from out of state. The office was inviting for kids with magazines and activities to keep them entertained while we waited. The Dentist came out to meet the kids beforehand and to let them ask any questions. He explained where they were going to go, and what was going to happen. They were able to get Xrays taken of my 2 oldest with no problems and the cleanings went well as they explained everything to my 3 year old who was very apprehensive. They involved my other 2 children with my baby's check also by letting them put on masks and gloves like the dentist. My kids had a great time and were so excited to get a free spin toothbrush for completing the full exam, as advertised. The hygienists were great too in explaining the procedure on a level appropriate for kids. We'll keep coming here, and I plan on making appointments for my husband and I with Modern Dentistry next door.

Edited: Was fantastic in the office. They told me I’d be covered that my insurance would go through. Set me up on plans to make sure I can pay. Then suddenly they’re telling me a different thing. I’m now completely confused as to what I’m paying for and two months have gone by and I don’t think my insurance will cover cause they won’t contact my insurance company at all. They tell me they are trying but I’ve contacted my insurance company and they tell me they have been trying to contact them with absolutely no luck. So it looks like I’m going to pay full price on my dental work that should be covered by my insurance which they are now telling me that what I had done is not covered at all......thanks for screwing me over. Don’t go here, they make you feel like they’ll take care of you but really they’re reaching into your wallet.

Was recently contacted by the manager. She gave me her direct phone number and cleared things up for me. She even waved the rest of the balance I had for my trouble. Stated that I would receive a bill for the changes that she made so I understood clearly what was happening. She reassured me that they will contact my health insurance and I had nothing else to worry about. I have not received an email yet, but I do feel like they resolved my initial problems. If you run into any problems with this place I recommend asking for Cindy the manager.
