Very Bad reception

Update : the receptionist did not explain that way when I walked in . What happened was I got a call from your recipientist who was not sure if the doctor is available at 11:30am. She asked to put me on 1:30 pm appointment. I don't know if she did or not. I said if I can't make it for 1:30 pm appointment, I would call 15 min earlier. Then I went at 1:30 pm . I didn't call. Why would I call ? Call for what? The 11:30 am appointment should have been cancelled if no doctor there. The receiption lie that she didn't tell me on the phone the doctor might not be there at 11:30. I do believe that's a lie and I told her she lie that is not cursing.basically what she did distract me from being there on my schedule time 11:30Am. I am no longer interested to get any service here.

It was my first time at Dr. Ov's office and I am so happy I stepped foot in his office. I have always hated the dentist but I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled ASAP. I was so nervous for it to be extracted but Dr Ov and his staff made me feel comfortable and talked to me every step of the way. He was kind and answered all my questions and concerns. His assistant was super nice as well and made me feel very relaxed. A week after my tooth was extracted, I was back to my normal self, no more pain nor infection! I'm so happy to have found Dr Ov's office! Now, I'm not so afraid of going to the dentist. I will be going back in 6 months for a regular cleaning/checkup. 😊😊😊

After researching this area with enourmous amount of dentists, I decided to go with Dr. O because of the excellent review. I had my first appointment and was impressed with the staff, individual approach and professionalism of Dr. Ovcharenko, and finally venue and technology are modern and super clean.

Dr. O and his assistance Mrs. Amaz ( apologies, if I misspelled it) were amazing. Doctor took time to explain everything and answer my questions. I feel super confident with Dr. O and his staff and look forward to upcoming appointments and great teeth at the end. I have dentist phobia, but with Dr. O I felt safe and confident that I am in the hands of a professional doctor and someone who treats you as a person and not another number.

Very good dentist! Was working on my wife's bridge and crowns very carefully. My whole family including 7yo kid switched to Dr. O - best care you can get. All patients' questions being answered, all steps of procedures explained in details. I would definitely recommend this doctor to everybody!

Dr. Nguyen was very helpful in explaining what’s going on with my teeth. She and her office staff were very courteous & the office itself is clean and inviting.

I had been going to Dr. Ov for a few years when he was in Centreville. I found his new location and will continue to see him as long as I'm in the area. He is very precise and thorough and takes the time to explain exactly what is needed and how he will do the work. He's also very friendly and relaxed, which really helps in setting patients at ease.

First the staff when you enter Your Family Doctor: they are cool calm and collected and they were able to calm me down just by talking to me. I have a horrible phobia of dentists. I have been postponing my visit all these days and weeks until I felt a terrible pain in one of my molars.
When I came to the dental assistant, she did the necessary procedure professionally and then the doctor came.

He explained everything so thoroughly that I thought I know everything about my teeth. He took time the tell my options and what I need to do. He even reassured me when I asked about the price of certain procedures that are usually way more expensive in other practices.

At my post visit appointment I told him that the extraction site of the molar removed only because it didn’t have a counterpart was ver painful and the tooth nearby was moving, he reassured me that it would heal soon.

After the following visits, no healing occurred. Today January 18, 2020, I still can’t eat only on one side. There is pocket on the extraction site always filled with blood. It is scary. Other dentists suggest that I go back to Vladislav. Last time we spoke he told me that it would heal.

Doctor Vladyslav Ovcharenko will probably find a solution sooner or later.

I just started going to Dr. Vladyslav Ovcharenko at Your Family Dentist after avoiding it for a 8 years. And I actually liked it so that I will be scheduling for a regular visits. Dr. Ovcharenko has been great each time and knowledgeable beyond the scope of his field!
His assistant Vladimir is such a nice guy that on my second visit it felt like we have already been friends forever.
Staff is professional and works closely with you and your dental plan making sure you keep your spendings under control.
Overall, two thumbs up.
