I had to cancel one of my cleanings, so I was placed on a call list if there was a cancellation. I figured it would be at least a month before they would call, but it was actually less than a week! My hygienist was amazing. She was professional, through and fast. I was in and out on my lunch break! Thank you, Crossroads Family Dentistry!

Awesome staff!! Very friendly people. My grandson loved the hygienist and Dr Hatch. The front staff are nice and so welcoming. I am so glad I found this office. I’m hoping all of my grandchildren will start going there. The location is so convenient.

I will not be returning to this Dentistry that's for sure, although the reception employees we're kind ,courteous ,friendly and helpful.. I was very disappointed with the service provided... and they charged me $143.00 for a 5 min consultation
the technician was unable to get x-rays with some stupid little machine the dentist I won't mention his name, Mr. easy on the eyes told me that I needed a full mouth extraction...in other words just Yank all my teeth out good or bad This was not the decision of the oral surgeon the receptionist recommended
She was actually was able to scheduled an appointment for the next day with Mountainview Oral Surgery & Implant Center I have decided
I will go to a Aspen dentistry in Lynchburg to have my fillings redone rather than step foot in Crossroads ....

This is Helen Russ. I have been under the care of Dr. James Peery III for about 4 years now both at his main office and here at Crossroads in Forest. He is an excellent dentist! Kind, honest and tells you straight up. His work is impeccable.
And I have found his Hygenist to be top notch as well. I have already recommended him to at least 3 other people! Cannot speak enough of how highly I think of them!

Love this dentist office! Everyone is so friendly. From the office staff to my hygienist and especially Dr. Roberts and Diane. They have helped me for years now, through several cavities and a couple crowns and really made me at ease and did a great job. They take such great care of me and my kids too! My son actually looks forward to his visits just to “see everybody!” Highly recommend!

Dr. Hatch and the staff are all so awesome! They’re not only super nice, they’re professional, knowledgeable and clean! Another bonus.. I was able to get my husband and I an appointment quickly! Dr. Hatch and his assistant immediately helped relieve pain from a tooth that was bothering me and Erica was amazing and very thorough at cleaning my teeth! I couldn’t of chosen a better dental practice for my family and I, than here at Crossroads Family Dentistry!
