I had a wonderful experience today being a first time patient at Crossroads Family Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind. The office space was clean, organized, bright and welcoming. My experience with Dr. Roberts and Amanda was amazing, they took the time to go over my concerns and I felt very taken care. I couldnât recommend this place enough!

Janet, my dental hygienist, is the sweetest, most kind and professional person. She remembers me and my story no matter how much time has passed since I've seen her. It feels like a family friend is taking care of me. She deserves 5 stars!
I've only seen Dr Hatch and he's ok, but I find his constant singing and the gossip with his assistant while he's working on me unprofessional. The reception staff is very nice although the check out person demands full payment before you leave, even though your insurance pays 90% and the dentist is required to charge contract rates, not full cash price. I know she's just doing her job but I'm not about to pay cash when my insurance pays 90% and then *hope* I get a refund. I'm going to see another dentist at this practice next time before I go elsewhere.

Dr. Carole Roberts and her team are the best! The office staff is outstanding, as well. I was taken back right on time, as usual. The new digital technology, making my permanent crown ready in about 45 minutes is amazing! No more temporary molar crowns! Dr. Roberts has expertise and experience I always trust and she goes the extra mile. Importantly too, she consistently ensures a pain-free experience. I'm always grateful!

Never had FUN at the dentist before today. Our first visit was phenomenal! Staff so friendly and actually fun! Office is beautiful. My husband and I both went and loved our hygienists and the doctor! So glad we transferred! Highly recommend this office for any age!
