The Staff is kind and helpful, too! The building is aesthetically pleasing and welcoming.
My sister now goes here and loves Dr. Roberts, too, and Paula, who has assisted greatly with insurance. (😕Paula is no longer there) If you get to have Dr. Robert’s as your dentist, consider yourself fortunate.

Love love LOVE this dentist office. And that’s coming from someone who HATES going to the dentist. The staff are always so kind and smiling when I come in, Sandy is the best and Dr. Roberts helped me feel comfortable going to the dentist again after avoiding it for so many years. They never make me feel bad and were so gentle and kind when I was pregnant going there. I love it here and recommend them every time someone is looking for a new dentist.

It was my daughters first dentist appointment at this office and she had a wonderful experience. She liked the hygienist and the dentist very much. She had been going to a Pediatric dentist her whole life but now it was time to go to a adult location and I am glad I picked here for her.

I broke a tooth and had to have the tooth crowned. Previous experiences with crowns were not pleasant - having to have an impression made, getting an uncomfortable temporary crown for several days while the new crown was made, and finally returning to have it put in. Then lots of grinding on it to get the fit and bite correct.
The experience at Crossroads was much better. They have amazing new technology which allowed me to come in and get the new crown in one 2 ½ hour visit. After the tooth is prepped, a scanner is used to make a 3D map of your teeth, top and bottom. It only takes a few minutes. No more nasty, sticky impressions! A computer then generates a 3D model of the new crown. The computer simulates the crown on the tooth model so the dentist can check the fit and bite. The information is then sent to a small milling machine which machines the new crown. I was able to run some errands while the crown was made. In about 45 minutes the new crown was ready. It fit perfectly and the bite needed no corrections. The process was painless and I was very happy that it could all be done in one short visit. The dentist and the assistants are all great.

I've had great experiences with Crossroads Family Dentistry. My first time there I was treated for a broken crown by Dr Roberts, and she was excellent. My second time there was a bit of an emergency and I was treated for an infection in my older implant by Dr Peery. He was also very, very good at his job. The assistants were all also great, as was the front desk staff. I highly recommend this practice!

My experiences here have been wonderful. Staff are friendly and polite. Kudos to my hygienist Sandy and Dr. Hatch. They are thorough and gentle. They listen to me and are super respectful. The facility is top notch: beautiful and very clean. I travel over 30 miles to this practice. It is worth it!

What a great experience! New (clean) building, modern tools and practices, and very knowledgeable staff. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and cheerful. Dr. Roberts and her assistant were AWESOME! Felt like they went above and beyond the norm for me. I highly recommend this practice.
