LeJeune Family Dentistry

I went to Dr LeJeune last week to have a tooth extracted, this would be my first visit as my husband referred me to his office after a visit that he had. Everyone was very professional and polite and made me feel very much at ease. I had a great assistant who was very friendly, polite and personable. Dr LeJeune was a very good dentist who performed my extraction and I must say he did a wonderful job and I never even had any pain or problems afterward! I will definately be revisiting in the future and being that it is located very close to my home also makes it very convenient. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I've been to at least three different dentist growing up. After the first two I was under the impression that I would never find a dentist I would enjoy. Enter Dr. LeJeune, and his team. From the very first visit I felt relaxed and at home. They've helped me and continue to help me improve my dental care at home, and they have a great sense of humor. I always enjoy my appointments and how gentle they are. I higly recommend this dentistry for your dental care needs!

We and our three children are long-time patients of LeJeune Dentistry.
We have had our semi-annual check-ups and cleanings, as well as fillings and crowns installed, with them. Dr. LeJeune and his staff are friendly, engaging, thorough and professional. They have worked with us and our insurance to provide economical great care. As long as we reside in this area we intend to continue going to them for our dental care.

I went to another practice two weeks prior and was told I needed several dental procedures done without any explanation of procedures or options--just a referral thrown at me. The night before last one of my teeth broke. When I called yesterday the practice I had already seen previously would not see me. Dr. LeJeune and his staff saw me that day as a new patient! Dr. LeJeune took time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my dental health, what options I had, and also could do my root canal himself! I was able to talk to a financial worker, pre-pay, and get my appointments set up the same day. 10/10, would recommend!

Dr. Lejeune is nice, professional, and comes across as a really good person who cares about his patients.

I also feel the same way about the dental hygienists. They have always been a pleasure.

It's the front desk that turns me off from his establishment. I left years ago because of one woman up front specifically. In order to prevent an incident with her I felt it was best to find another dentist even though I liked him. Almost 5 years later I have an emergency so I figured hey why not give it another try maybe she's gone...nope. She's still there running the front desk and I tried to give it another try but she is rude as hell. I also wondered if it was racism but I honestly can't tell.

If his business is suffering then it's because of the service people receive up front. I saw another person say they were overcharged once same thing happened to me years ago.

I could go on and on but I think you get the idea.

I had my first visit with Dr. LeJeune yesterday on a some what emergency basis. The whole staff was AMAZING!!!! They made feel at ease. The young lady that assisted with Dr. LeJeune was so pleasant and caring. The front desk staff was just as nice as they could be. Smiles all around and so pleasant to speak to. I am completely happy I was referred to them by a co worker. Could not ask for a better experience!

You folks are awesome. I got to the office a bit early on this visit for my cleaning. I got local news from the front desk girls,football score from Doctor Le Jeune,and a baby update from Brittany. It feels like a family affair not a dentists office. I almost forgot why I was there ! The care you take with my teeth is so special. My visits are shorter each time because of the outstanding job you all do. I'm 70 and I still have my teeth thanks to you folks. When you see me out and about I will be SMILING !

The staff are nice from the front desk to the dentist himself. I gave 3 out of 5 stars because I received a bill 3 times after leaving the office. The front desk laid out the insurance coverage with me every time. Every time I'd get a bill. I understand that the quote at the time of service is sort of like an estimate but that happened once in 10 years with my old dentist. It happened every time with this dentist. I left my old dentist because even a cleaning was too painful. I had the same amount of pain with this dentist plus the pain of an unexpected bill. Not worth it.

Who likes to go to the dentist? Even though a trip to the dentist is never pleasant the folks at LeJeune Family Dentisty did their best to make it positive. Phyllis, Brittany, Barry..... very good staff. Just moved to VA from Texas... I made a wise choice in choosing this place even though there are at least 200 other dentists in the area.
