I love the staff here! They are just so nice and I always have a pleasant experience! I moved to Suffolk so now I drive 40 mins to get to them but I’ve tried other dentists and wasn’t impressed. these guys are worth it!

I never dread visiting my dentist. the whole staff is so pleasant & professional that it's like a social outing to go there. I also think it's beyond cool that there is a box for donations to the food bank & also one for the spca.

Everyone was very nice. It was my first time there and I know we are not perfect. There were a few things that concerned me: I didn't get the forms to complete when I first arrived. My bottom teeth weren't polished as I clearly remember my top teeth being polished in the front and then in the back and then my bottom teeth were flossed. When I asked will my bottom teeth get polished, the response was "I did, but I'll do them again." Typically, the hygienist asks me if I want fluoride before giving it to me. I was asked what kind I wanted as if it was included. I paid $31 I hadn't planned to spend before leaving because of fluoride. These were minor things and I'd go again.

Had I known this dentist wasn’t the best as advertised, a family member of mine wouldn’t have wasted their time and money here. Took over a month to get the product back and with several adjustments, it still isn’t satisfactory as we thought. Now having to use the old product again since the newly expensive one doesn’t fit and hurts the jawline, we’re Very disappointed and never again will we invest our money here. Please read all reviews before you invest your time and money at this clinic!
Why would I put my family member’s name out in public? This business is horrible enough that not even I would waste my money there so of course you WON’T see my name in your system, common sense. I’m reporting the rudeness and inconvenience that had my family member had to go thru, to the Better Business. We’ve learned our lesson.

The receptionist Sarah is very rude and condescending. She was really unwilling to help in any kind of way. I didn't schedule an appointment with the endodontist they referred me to so she said it was nothing they could do for me. She also mentioned that they had no doctor in the office until the next week...like we don't all know that at a doctor's/dentist office there has to be a doctor on call. This was my regular dentist but at this point I'd never recommend or go back to this office.
