This was my 1st visit to this dentist office due to changes in insurance and SS I need someone in my network. I hated to leave my old dentist, I had been going to him forever. Dr. Lejeune and his staff made me feel right at home. I must say the young lady that cleaned my teeth did a great job. First time cleaned that good in awhile I know my husband is going to like the cleaning. Not to mention talking with Dr. Lejeune about LA. , the food and the NO Saints and LSU Tigers. It was a good visit , see you in 6 months !!!!!

My family and I are never seen on time when we go for our appointments, plus he is no longer in the dental network I'm in. There has been many times that while sitting and waiting up to 30 min after my appointment time, while folks would come in and get seen. There was one time and waited 45 minutes after I was told that he had an emergency surgery with a client. I was never called before going to his office to reschedule. I was trying to change into his network but was given wrong info by one of his staff membe on the network. I'm told this is how much I'm going to pay and differs way too much from my network. They need to know how the insurance company works, not set their own price. My network sends me how much I owe, I ended up paying more out of pocket the whole year. I was just fed up, I ended up leaving.

I would never recommend anyone to this dentist. His reception Sarah think she is a doctor I don't think she's even a nurse and she makes all the decisions that the doctor should be making that is not good patient care. I did everything they asked me to do to get covered so I can 5 teeth removed at one time and she still told me I have a huge copayment that is a do the same time of the service. I told Sarah that I could not afford that right now and can I make payment arrangements so I can get it started and she told me no. Dr. Lejune also note that I have a bad infection in a lot of abscess in the front of my mouth and need to this work to be done ASAP. Sarah which is his reception is a very nasty nasty receptionist . It took her three days to call me back to let me know that the doctor will not renew my prescription for pain medicine with all this pain going on in my mouth. I don't even think she talk to the doctor because she stated to me that she will call in antibiotics but he didn't have time to review my records to see what I was taken but she's calling in my antibiotics. . I was a new patient but would never ever go back there ever again
