So far my experience has been great.
I have had extensive work and it is still ongoing. I can say it is a pleasure to be cared for by a group of nice professionals. The dentist explains every step of my journey in great detail.
It's hard to find great customer service now, but this team is something special.

From the front to the back, they are all so polite and personable. They recall previous conversations and ask you how its going. You're treated like a human, not a paycheck. I love that they text. Not just to confirm appointments. Dental questions, appointment questions, etc.... and if you do call, you do not feel like a bother, they are all so sweet and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pham and her staff are very professional and very nice and concerned with my comfort. Best dentist I've ever had.

After being disappointed in the look of my temporary crowns, they offered to redo them. Luckily, they were able to bump up my timeline so that I should have my permanent crowns before my wedding.

I had planned on signing up for the Wellness Plan. I asked if the price was still $369.00 and she said yes. Then she said that if I signed up for the Wellness Plan she would have to add $50.00 for this. “This” being a sheet of paper she had in her hand. I had only brought $400.00 so I had to change my plans. She handed me the sheet of paper and told me to sign it. It said periodontal maintenance. I do not need that from here. I go to the Periodontist for periodontal maintenance. I signed the sheet of paper and paid for the periodontal maintenance because I needed to go in to get my exam and x-rays that I came for. I didn’t think to ask what would happen if I didn’t sign the sheet of paper. I paid for the exam and x-rays on the way out. It’s no big deal; it’s just a funny way to do business. Everyone there is very nice and I like the Dentist a lot.

Very pleased. From the dentist herself to every staff member I came in contact with I was very pleased. The hygienist was making me feel so comfortable and she was full of jokes and laughter. Then the dentis came in and had me laughing so much I could barely keep my mouth open. The fact that they squeezed me in for a last minute appointment due to my severe toothache let me know they really care! I have a new dentist now!

The dentist office is efficiently run. However, I have a retracted gum issue. Therefore, I am supposed to get cleanings every three months. In the past, the office had gotten approval for the extra cleanings. Yesterday, I had to no insurance approval to pay for my third and fourth cleaning. I disappointed about that. I would appreciate the office coordinating between Dr Phong and my insurer to get approval again. Thank you. Charles Myers (757$ 897-1162

First appt with Dr Pham was excellent! She was very thorough, her staff was personable/friendly and her hygienist was detailed with my cleaning, yet gentle. One of the best dental visits I’ve ever experienced!

Dr Phans dental assistant is one of the most professional, and nicest assistant I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Dr Phan is kind, caring and really good at her profession too! Great team all the way around to include front desk staff too
