Oh my gosh! Such an awesome experience! I called Wednesday and they got me in at 8am today (Friday) at the new Hull St. location. The staff are so hospitable on the phone and in person. My opinion is that a customer can predict the main service they'll receive by the staff's attitudes. Needless to say, I had no qualms about the pending bedside manner of Dr. C and I was correct. He was so nice, accommodating, and explained everything he was doing and got it done in approximately 10 minutes (actual extraction). He provided options without any pressure to purchase. My nephew referred me and I couldn't be happier. I've found my dentist for life!

Literally the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so nice and caring from the receptionist to the assistant to the actual doctor! I went in for a root canal and was out within an hour! The most painless and anxiety free dentist visit I’ve ever had!

These are all fake stars which they displayed on their website , i shamed i putted one star , the ownership is very cheep , very unprofessional doctors , their patients education is very cheep , they are just good in when a new patient come they lay down him or her to the bed and taking very poor X-ray and give you list of teeth’s need to root canal or refail …. and charge your insurance. they damaged my 3 teeth’s and right now I am under an specialist treatment.

I found this place because they're open on the weekends which was super helpful. However, their communication isn't the best. I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning and no one thought to mention that they were going to do a periodontal cleaning and charge extra. I didn't find out until after I called my insurance company why they charged extra.

Everyone was so friendly . The dentist was great. I only felt little sting from the novocaine, but no pain from the extraction. I am having Dr V do all my extractions and give me new teeth. I’m excited to have this done.

Yesterday I had my Root Canal & a dental filling done at Best Smiles Dentistry. I was so nervous & hesitant to my procedure, but Dr. C did a fantastic job. The procedure was seem less. It was sore for an hour or so after the procedure. But today I’m able to chew pretty much anything, honestly. To add more, the staff are very courteous, friendly & motivating.
I personally think Dr. C (Best Smiles) is the best Dentist in the town. THANK YOU!!
