What a journey! I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Shah and her ENTIRE staff! From the front desk to billing to every single dental health professional there, it has been an amazing experience. I have anxiety and am a 10 just thinking about the dentist. This is the dentist (caudill) who told me that I had no implant options and tried to sell me dentures like my grandmother's. I went to another dentist on Patterson Avenue and she gave me seven implant options. She also tapped on a painful tooth with a metal tool without warning me, and took unnecessary x-rays to pad the bill. The place looks like a double wide inside and out. Not impressed at all. Never again.

I know this was a long pending review from my end. Since past 6 months i am trying to write this review. I was deputed to Henrico for couple of years for work and I had been visiting Glen Allen Dentistry for the past 2 year and been there several times for myself and my family. Mrs. Samantha was my Hygienist who was one of the best i have seen. Also i had an issue with one of my wisdom tooth which required an extraction and i have already extracted 3 back in India. But i really need to say that the last one which was extracted by Dr. Ujaoney was the best and painless. She also ensured that i am doing good by calling me during evening after office hours. One of the best customer service that i never seen. Dr. Shah is one of the best person who gave the anesthesia which was painless to perform the deep root cleaning during my first visit. Overall Glen Allen Dentistry has the best professionals to get all your dental problems fixed. I would rate 5 star and when iam back there i will surely visit this place again.

Be aware, me and my family used to go to this place for two years, had good staff and service before. But the last time I went for a cleaning two months ago was a bad experience... staff was different and new people and the female dentist named “Shweta” was very rude with an attitude... didn’t even talk to me as they normally ask the patient about any changes or..., she just talked to the nurse for 10 seconds and left the room, that was so offensive. When my wife went for a regular cleaning a week ago she exactly experienced the same with “Shweta” and others as I did... so disappointing. We are not going to this place any more.
