This was my first time there and I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. When I arrived I was told that the hygienist was sick and that someone tried to call me yesterday. I told the desk lady that I got a call, but there was no message and that feedback should be given. She got irritated and said that Hippa law doesn't allow them to leave a message if the person's name is not on the voice mail instead her just apologizing. I had taken a whole day off from work for nothing and for her to be so rude the lady should have asked could I come back another day after work. What an idiot!

I love going to Glen Allen Dentistry everyone there is great I have so much fun because it’s just like being around family.My girl Amy is awesome the Doctor are great the front desk girls are also amazing if I call with a problem they don’t waist anytime getting u in that day.So if u are looking for a great dentist office this is the place and you want be disappointed And let not forget the nurses in the back they do a good job making sure you are comfortable and they are all my friends I love going there
