I was so pleasantly surprised at how professional and genuinely happy everyone was at Goochland Dentistry! My dental hygienist, Christine, has such a gentle touch, I almost fell asleep while she was cleaning my teeth. Dr. Gillespie was so knowledgeable, yet very personable. She did the most thorough dental exam I have ever had and explained things so well. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. I actually enjoyed my dental visit! Thank you Goochland Dentistry! I started going to this practice about two years ago and they’re fabulous! I debating taking my two year old here for his first visit or if I should go to an office geared solely towards pediatric patients. I love the staff so much, I decided to try with my toddler and we weren’t disappointed! Everyone was so kind and patient with my little one! He was a little apprehensive about his first visit, but the staff did a great job allowing him to experience everything in a stress free environment. Literally cannot say enough positive things about this practice and everyone who works there !

Dr Murchie and his staff are very professional but kind and friendly as well. The forms for appointment were very accessible, simple to understand. The appointment waiting time was quick. The hygienist was knowable and great with cleaning no pain. I have been a patient for 7 years. I highly recommend. The patients are loyal and his schedule shows it.

I recently went to Goochland dentistry and saw Dr. Gillespie. I had to have some extensive work done and she and her assistant were amazing. They didn’t leave my side for two hours! The technology was also extremely helpful and I can honestly say I am not as afraid to get dental work done anymore! The staff is also amazing and you just feel really safe and taken care of!

We’ve been with Dr. Murchie since the inception of his practice - my children were tots and actually asked if we could go to the dentist every time we passed his office on our way home. 20 years later and we still appreciate the professionalism, care and focus on relationships with patients. The practice has expanded, but the focus is still on the individual; everyone continues to be warm, welcoming and at the top of their dental service/skill game.

I’ve been going to Goochland Dentistry for at least a couple years now for regular checkups, and I also went through the Invisalign process. I really like the outcome and the way my teeth look, there is such a difference from before! Everyone in the office is very kind, professional, friendly and efficient. I’m so happy I switched from my prior dentist☺️

Goochland Dentistry has a dedicated working staff and most importantly one of the most caring dentist I have ever had. He takes his time and explains in details about my dental work and any and all questions I have regarding my procedures. I really appreciate having such wonderful people taking care of my dental care. Thank you Goochland Dentistry! You guys are great.

I love this dentist! I have had the best experience here during the time I’m visiting. The staff is very friendly and kind! I will continue to go to this office! Their techniques are superb! They have the upmost respect and make you feel right at home every visit.

Excellent customer service and thorough care in a friendly, gentle and supportive environment. I was so impressed with the in-depth and honest evaluation of my dental needs and feel that I am in good hands and will be well cared for. I am bringing my daughter here moving forward.

Would not recommend.

Was excited to go to a facility that boasts their consideration of anxious patients. The nurse seemed very unknowledgeable and joked about the things that were corrected by the dentist. Not good “bedside manner”. They didn’t look inside my husbands mouth, and told him the bad things that could happen(like super eruption), which in turn made him even more anxious after the appointment.

Prior to the appointment I called to ask if they dealt with badly impacted wisdom teeth, to while I was told yes, and that was incorrect. As we moved out of state recently and has to be referred out instead of saving money and staying with one facility, I wanted to be sure before wasting money. I feel as if this facility only wants money, and sends you to the place they get the most money from referring too. They told me the oral surgeon would have availability next day, if not the day after and that was untrue also. For someone who couldn’t eat and was in pain, this is inappropriate .

I hope you enjoy the money we wasted with you, because it will not be happening again. I hope someone else reads this and save their money and anxieties.
