I’m so glad my husband and I found this place, I have pretty bad dental anxiety. Dr. Murchie And the hygienist were both extremely kind, comforting, and helped ease my anxiety. I recommend this place to anyone suffering from bad dental anxiety!

Dr. Murchie is great! I had a dental emergency over the weekend and he answered right away, was very helpful and met me in the office on a Sunday to fix my tooth. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a dentist or considering a change, choose Goochland Dentistry.

Dr. Brown, Tammy and the whole scheduling/finance team are ALL AMAZING! My first experience was for a broken tooth! I had never been seen there before, but you would have never known that! They treated me we care, super quick, and knowledgeable! Going to the dentist isn't a personal favorite, but the whole team makes it an easy and ok time! 😉 Totally recommend them over and over again!

The staff are friendly and knowledgable. The dentists are extremely qualified. I have 4 kids and have been going here since my youngest was 2. The hygienists are so good with them. They have the latest technologies as well to best understand what is needed in the least invasive way possible and they have no problem taking time to explain things without ever making you feel stupid. I absolutely adore them. With 4 kids schedules also can get really messed up and they're easy to get in touch with for necessary changes.

I have EXTREME dental anxiety and had to change dentists in the past year due to the retirement of my previous dentist. Landed at Dr. Murchie's and so far so good! I am of the age where old work is in need of a redo. I have successfully "survived" 2 fillings, 2 crowns and impressions. Dr. Murchie says and does all the right things to help get me through and I have experienced zero pain. For someone who has trouble with even a basic cleaning, that is nothing short of amazing! Christine, Tammy and Denise have helped me tremendously. While I can't say I like going to any dentist, Dr. Murchie gets a "A" from a tough customer!!!!

I could not be happier with the outcome of my visit. Staff was welcoming and very polite. I was there for an extraction and was apprehensive. From beginning to end of procedure, there was no pain whatsoever! Dr. Murchie did a wonderful job, especially at keeping me calm. Highly recommend.

Ice been going to Dr. Murchie at Goochland Dentistry for some years now. When I decided to try them out it was because my dentist was no longer participating in my insurance and I needed to find someone new. I really chose him because he was close to home but now it's been years and Im so glad I made that decision. Everyone there is so friendly and always professional. They don't have a long wait, they get you in and out! But they also will take time to sit with you and go over things that you may not be clear on like your insurance, deductibles, etc... They always call or send me a message to remind me of my appointments and they always keep me informed on any changes going on with them or my insurance and I appreciate it all because its alot to follow and keep up with. Through the years I've had routine and extensive work done at Goochland Dentistry and I haven't been disappointed yet. Dr. Murchie helps me keep my pearly whites even whiter and my smile oh so bright!
