I visited Midlothian Dental Center for the first time a few weeks ago, and I had a wonderful experience. The facility was clean and welcoming, and the little touches (such as the white noise machines and music in each room) helped make for a calming environment. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, always ready to answer any questions that I had. My technician, Erica, was especially informative and answered all of my questions about how each procedure worked and what the various dental tools were for. The dentist who saw me was very warm and friendly, and I felt like she was talking with me as a person, not just another patient or customer to be seen. Really exceptional service at this place, and I'm genuinely looking forward to my next appointment.

I enjoyed my experience with this practice. The front desk is very courteous and responds to questions with professionalism. I love my hygienist and there is never a problem scheduling an appointment with her. Although I miss Dr. Barrett, I am very happy being in the care of Dr. Tart.

Ok, this was the BEST dental experience I have EVER had. I’ve been to dentists in NJ and VA and I’ve never learned as much as I learned about my teeth in my life until this appointment. I went for a routine cleaning and I was treated like gold from the scheduling, the front desk staff, to the dental hygienist-Crystal (not sure on spelling) and the entire experience was just wonderful. I told them I would just move in. Lol From beginning to end, I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you all for such a great experience!
