My hygienist, Karla, was amazing. She is very personable, positive, and prepared to do whatever she can to get you the help you need. I called Wednesday for an appointment ASAP, but I was told I could not be seen until January. Martina (took my call to schedule) took immediate note of my request and I ended up receiving a call / text later the same day to let me know they had an appointment open up on Friday. I have nothing but praises for MDC.

Érica was great! I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a while and, even though I had no cavities, she took scans of my teeth to show how I may face problems if I don’t take care of some current issues. There was no pressure to get more work done, but I felt cared for and, after meeting Dr. Hoover, I know I’ll be in good hands in the future.

After not being satisfied with my last dentist, I decided to go Midlothian Dental Center and I’m 150% glad that I did. The staff is friendly and the dentist did an excellent job explaining my dental situation. This is the first time I didn’t have a dentist forcing procedures down my throat. Also I commend them on their punctuality my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am and I was called in the back promptly at 10:00 a.m. I love that the hygienist and dentist were very patient.
