My teeth have never been the same since coming here. I’m in pain everyday, I can’t eat anything hard. I’ve went back to get it fixed nothings helped.Poor customer service !

Dr Shaw And his staff treat there patients with such care.I recently had to have a root canal done and was very nervous. Dr Shaw And his staff made me feel very comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this practice you will not be disappointed.

I would give 0 if I could, I was told after a hour and an half by the doctor that he couldn't do anything because he doesn't know where his own supply is, so completely unprofessional.

Awful, they told me it will take 7 months to do my implants, it took 1 year and a half, and I have to wait sometimes more than an hour after my appointment time to be able to see the dr.

Do not bother to go here. After a year and a half I go into the office for a cleaning and I was told that I owed them $1800. I left messages for the office manager and the owner but never received a call back. I had dental insurance, they got everything preapproved prior to treatment and I made payments according to my payment plan. Also, I had two crowns done and while on vacation one broke so the owner himself supposedly did a root canal and redid the crown for free but after recently going to another dentist it was found that the root canal is infected, therefore, once again I reached out to the owner and no return call.

Someone recommend me this place and now I know why. I really need a lot of work that I can’t afford. The dentist gave me discount and payments options. The staff was friendly and patient with all the questions I had. Thank you Dr Omar

Started getting ortho/braces June 2018 the first year was great. Turnover rate for staff is high they are constantly getting new people. I have had my braces 2.5 years and this year has been the worst. The Dr never looks at my chart and every time my teeth get worst. Im not a dentist but my teeth should not go from having overcrowding to more overcrowding and gaps two years later. Every good dental assist has left. My last visit they put powerchains on my front teeth for nothing. I was in so much pain had to go back the same say they did the wrong treatment plan. One dental assist had did someones else chart on my mouth. My insurance has paid and I have paid him in full. But I will be getting a second opinion on my treatment plan.I will be filing a complaint to the Virginia Board of Dentistry. I suggest anyone else that has a bad experience to do so as well. I do not recommend this practice.
