Visiting from Hampton leaving Burgers King with toothache. I just walked in with no notice or prior visit, and was seen for service that day. Yes, I had to wait about an hour...but I had no appointment no refferal or x-rays. Top that they made my daughter a night guard and filled a small cavity that day for a much more rereasonable price.

Saw Dr. Abuhajleh as a emergency walk in this morning, the staff were excellent, Dr was excellent. I highly recommend this dentistry. This will be my permanent office for my dental needs. Thank you! I feel so much better already!

I went in on the 5th of October to get my tooth extracted I was given ibuprofen 800 and a low dosage of amoxicillin after the anesthesia wore off my mouth was in severe pain I had to go to my own primary care physician to get the correct amoxicillin and to be prescribed oxycodone due to my mouth pain I called everyday after my extraction and could not reach anyone at this office needless to say it's Monday morning and they are finally open again my insurance referred me to this dental office I will never in my life step foot back in this office first and foremost we should not be able to see or hear the other patients being worked on it was very unprofessional I wish that I would have just gotten up and left I'm so angry that this many days after I had the extraction my mouth is still hurting my gums are irritated and itchy if I could give anyone any advice do not go to this dental office

At first it was great. The staff was nice and the dentist and his assistant kept me laughing so I didn't feel nervous. I came in for an extraction and had three prior extractions, so I knew the routine. It took over an hour for him to remove my tooth. There were frequent breaks and unfortunately his patience started wearing thin, which wasn't a big issue. As he got closer to the root of my tooth I kept trying to stop him because the previous applications of numbing meds were not sufficient and I could feel everything he was doing. Typically I have a high tolerance for pain and keep my composure, but this was ungodly awful pain. I was kicking my legs like I was a 5 year old because it hurt so bad. The dentist kept getting annoyed and repeatedly chatised me to stay still. He refused to do any more applications of the numbing gel or the injection. At one point he just stopped and walked away with no warning whatsoever. I had the urge to spit and to my horror there were huge blood clots on the tissue and I wouldn't stop bleeding. He eventually managed to get all of the tooth after more than 2 hours. The assistant gave me two packs of 2x2 gauze that each included 3 pieces of gauze. I had to spend an extra 20 minutes at the office after the procedure because I had to keep running to the bathroom because I wouldn't stop bleeding and spitting out blood clots. I am 34 years old and have had 6 teeth removed over the years, and have NEVER had an experience where I kept bleeding and spitting out blood clots. I let the staff know I needed more gauze because everytime I closed my mouth, my mouth would fill up with blood and blot clots to the point that I had to talk with my hand over my mouth along with a bunch of tissues because blood just kept pouring out of my mouth. When I let the staff know I was still bleeding a lot, the assistant gave me another small pack with 3 little baby gauzes in it. I left and picked my kids up from school early because I was terrified I was going to pass out from bleeding so much, and that no one would know where my kids were. I even kept my mouth covered the the rest of the drive home and into the evening because I was worried my kids were going to get scared and be upset if they saw me bleeding continously. Suffice to say the prescribed pain medicine was completely useless. I didn't stop bleeding and spitting out blood clots until 9pm that same night. Needless to say I've been too scared to go back to get any more work done.
