I originally started going back in 2017. Stopped going in 2019 after my original dentist left and the new dentist I was assigned did work that I now know from my new current dentist was shoddy. I have to get 3 new crowns to replace ones that were too thin and are now cracked and since it was so recent, insurance will not pay. Also, fraudulent charges are being made by this dental center on my card when I last went over a year and a half ago and had fully paid.

This is the worst dentist ever. While in my mouth because he can see I’ve had other teeth pulled he tells me hey you should already be used to this you’ve been through this before come on miss. Then I get numb and he proceeds to pull my teeth and I feel everything and he kept on trying to pull!!! I immediately said I shouldn’t be able to feel anything. This is by far the worst place to get dental care do not have a peach do not come to this place

When l arrived l was greeted with smiles and professional etiquette. I needed a tooth extraction however l had a appointment at 5:15pm and at the time it was 4:34pm. So l asked the hygienist if they could have me out by 5:00 and to my surprise the dentist performed the extraction within 5 minutes from the time he numbed the area and the removal the decayed tooth. I am so thankful to God for not allowing the infected tooth to infect the rest of my body. When the hygienist showed me the tooth the decay was localized in one area only. God is a keeper.

I came to them with a specific tooth bothering me and they ended up filling several very minor issues BEFORE telling me they aren't able to fix the actual tooth bothering me. They used up all my insurance money on the minor issues and only then said they wouldn't be able to do the root canal, then had the audacity to say I should get it taken care of soon, knowing my insurance money is gone. Terrible experience.

Abscess tooth on Labor Day. Found this office the only place open. After several shots of Novocain, tooth would not numb. Instead of giving me antibiotics and pain medicine and sending me home the dentist decides to try to pull my tooth. After and hour and a half and splitting my tooth in four pieces and chipping a huge piece of enamel off of the tooth he was using for leverage, my tooth (pieces) we’re out....... oh did I mention that it was the worse pain I have ever felt in my life and that I basically prayed to The lord Jesus Christ to allow me to just pass out and was on the verge of going into shock it all went great.....to add insult to injury I have had to go to my dentist three times to scrap out the additional infection and to grind out a piece of bone that was left in the extraction site. Stitched two additional times only to have my insurance deny a portion of the clam, which means I will have to pay more money (in addition to the 160$ I paid to be tortured I get to pay an additional 480 dollars not to mention the additional missed time from work (almost two weeks) plus the charges from my dentist..........I’m still in pain...so much more I could say here but I won’t .......enter at your own risk!
