As a patient transferring from another practice I was very pleased with how friendly and welcoming everyone at Midtown Richmond Denistry. Especially Beth at the front desk. She was very helpful. My hygienist Rose was thorough and kind. Another hygienist (Audra) even came in to assist while she had time. You can tell this is a team environment where everyone works together for their patients.

Amazing group of people. A friend got me in there in an emergency thanks to the hygienist Rose and Dr Bigelow. Linda took care of me while waiting to Dr Bigelow and was fantastic. Dr Bigelow made sure to go through every option and helped make the right decision. Unfortunately I had to lose a tooth but I can say I have found my new dentist. Truly a remarkable group of people.

Audra and Rose were Exeptional!
My check in wasn’t a pleasant experience. When I arrived for my 1st appointment with this office I followed their sign to be COVID screened but there was no response to multiple knocks as directed. I opened the door to find no one there and after several verbal “Helloes”, after verbally calling out 8 times I got a response but still waited a while for a person to come and let me in. I was told they didn’t have me on their schedule, but my Hygenist Audra knew I had been scheduled. When they looked at a print up of schedule I had been scheduled but someone had deleted it. The same thing happened with my sisters appointment the previous week. In addition to not having my appointment written in they also didn’t have my faxed information I’d filled out as a new patient, I’d faxed it a month earlier. I had verified my fax respond and verbally by their receptionist they received my document.
Audra and Rose (Hygenist)were spot on identifying and resolving the reception error.
Audra has been our dental hygienist for decades, and she proved yet again why we follow her wherever she goes!
