Hamouri Cosmetic & Family Dentistry

At 62, I have been to the dentist more times than I can count. This is the first dentist that I have been to that so throughly explains the procedure they are about to do. They make you feel comfortable before they begin. I appreciate that more than anything else.

It was actually pretty decent, experience-wise, but I’m one-starring it because both times I had a procedure done, they misquoted me to the tune of hundreds of dollars. They do their job well, but the front office should have some idea what insurance will pay (that being a pretty major part of their job) so I can’t recommend going here.

Nevee was an absolutely outstanding dental hygienist! She was extremely detailed as she thoroughly cleaned my teeth offering invaluable instructions on dental care.

I have extreme anxiety - and I was in a lot of pain. The staff treated me and anxiety with care. It was a fabulous experience. The doctor and staff listened and were very compassionate.

This office continues to exceed my expectations!! I arrived for a scheduled appt and asked the staff to consult with Dr.Hamouri about the planned treatment for the appointment. Staff and Dr. Hamouri carefully listened to my concerns, Dr Hamouri took extra time to educate me and answer my questions and she made a change to the planned treatment for that appt based on my concerns and her expert knowledge. Lauren and Jackie were excellent assistants and made me feel so comfortable when I told them about my anxiety at dental appointments. I felt genuine concern from all and received excellent care from everyone!! I received a follow up text the next day to check on me. I have never been treated so well at any other dentist office. I have complete confidence in Dr. Hamouri and her staff and definitely recommend them!!

I just left their office because the receptionist was very rude. The original receptionist with light colored hair was taking care of checking me in and a woman with dark hair came over, took over and was very rude and demanding right from the start. I became their patient over 6 months ago and provided everything that was needed. She wanted my ID and I provided it, then she wanted my insurance cared that I emailed you over 6 months and I questioned it. She said someone didn’t scan it in...so I provided it, then she wanted my SSN...(She doesn’t need my SSN and I told her I’d find another dentist if she continued asking for my SSN). About 5 minutes later, she called me in an office and was rude again and appeared to start scolding me with an explanation. I’m almost 70 years old and I’m not going to have a receptionist scold me over their procedure and the fact they didn’t scan in my insurance card that I provided over6 months ago. They must have a booming business, but she has successfully lost me as a patient, customer and now someone that would never give them a referral. This is disheartening, since my Primary Care Doctor recommended them to me. I’ll make sure that my Primary Care Doctor knows that customer service isn’t the best at their business anymore and will recommend that she does not give any referrals to any patients in the future, I know I won't ever give a referral to them.

I submitted the above information to the Dentist office and I’m sure I will never get a response from them because the woman that was rude is probably the one reading the complaint I sent them and she would never tell her boss how she was.,,,

Basically, I don’t care how great the dentist is or how great their dental care is when they have “Terrible Customer Service”

I started with this office when it was Dr Bowler's practice almost 10 years ago and the same outstanding professionalism has been continued (and even improved on) by Dr Hamouri and her staff. I've always been treated with respect and shown very prompt, courteous, and skilled service. They care about your general health, and of course the health of your teeth, and I know I'm in good hands for the long haul! Thanks!

Ms Naveen did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. It’s amazing how pleasant getting your teeth clean can be when you follow their instructions. I appreciate the lovely environment. Staff was courteous and professional. I even received a bag of dental goodies.

Dr. Hamouri and her staff have been absolutely wonderful for at each of my visits since my family started here. I have a two year old and a four year old who have their cleanings done here and the experience has never had them leave upset, which is very important for young children. They actually get excited when I say we need to go seen the “teeth doctors”. I personally needed some deep cleaning and work to get my gum health where it needs to be before I can try to have my smile fixed. The techs, and even receptionists, have always been very kind and helpful if I had any questions. They’ve tried being flexible with us for scheduling and providing the best environment for their patients. I really appreciate the time and care they put into both my and my children’s dental health.

I can’t say enough about the outstanding care and professionalism from both Dr. Hamouri and each and every member her staff. From the office to hygienists and technicians, all offer understanding and kindness for those of us that are uncomfortable with dental procedures. Dr. Hamouri is a miracle worker when it comes to cosmetic, healthful dentistry. Looking for a new dentist, don’t hesitate to consider Hamouri Cosmetic & Family Dentistry.
