I am having an onlay done on one of my bottom molars and so far it has been a good experience! I was fearful of having it done and Dr. Hamouri and her assistants were very kind to me and made me very comfortable with this experience so far! I would highly recommend anyone to go to this dentist!

I drive from Richmond to see Dr Hamouri. She is a perfectionist! Her staff is great and the new waiting room is beautiful. If your appointment is delayed which is rare, it is because she is attending to another patient to make things perfect for them!!

I love Dr Hamouri and staff. Mary the hygienist was kind, gentle and thorough. Dr Hamouri explained what dental treatment I needed and why I needed it. The Dr was warm and very understanding of my particular needs. I would highly recommend Dr Hamouri.

I suffered a cracked molar (semi-emergency) and the Hamouri Dental office staff worked me in their busy schedule the next day. Dental Assistant Sasha was really terrific (friendly personality, superb customer/patient service and she performed her assisting job in an outstanding manner). Dr Hamouri was also very professional and did a great job rebuilding my molar with a temporary crown. Hamouri Dental provides the best care anywhere and deserve my highest recommendation (5-Stars).

This practice has gone downhill since Dr Bowler retired and sold to Dr Hamouri. I played phone tag with the office staff to make a cleaning appointment as well as an emergency filling appointment. The online email, make an appointment, does not work. At the emergency filling appointment the dental tech took X-rays of the wrong tooth, upper vs. lower. So Dr Hamouri started looking at the upper tooth before being redirected. An adjacent tooth was identified as having to have the cap replaced done by this practice in 2018; and the Office Manager wanted to charge me for their “warranty” work. Still waiting on a phone call to discuss adjudicating this estimate. Not impressed. If you’re a new patient, recommend you go elsewhere…

I have been going here for years when Dr. Bowler ran the place, I never had an issue. This last visit was horrendous. I had to wait over a half hour, never waited in the past. The temp hygienist talked softly and was very hard to understand. My teeth and gums have never felt so much pain during as cleaning., gums still hurt into the night. And to end the visit, no one acknowledged that I left the building. Not sure I'll go back, may be time to find a new dentist.

This is very nasty and unprofessional of Dr. Hamouri, this would have never happened if Dr. Bowler was still there. She sent this letter to me when I spoke with her office on last week to pay my bill and her assistant told me that Lori wasn’t in she was out sick and she will have her to call me so I can pay my bill but she is not sure when she would return and I don’t have to call or run around trying to contact her to pay it but she will call me back to pay the bill. $30 really, it seems as though your office is press for money not me if I paid you $384 out of pocket x2 for work to be done. My family has nothing to do with my service to from your office but, I hope in the future you learn to be more respectful of your patients if you want to keep a successful practice. I’m in healthcare my self at the top of a healthcare chain so money is not an issue.

Best dentist I have ever used. I was visiting family and was only in town for 10 days and had a cracked tooth that needed to be recapped.. She not only prepared it on my first visit she stayed late so she could finish the job. Then rushed the crown making process so she would have it installed the day before I needed to travel..
I am switching my dentist now even if it is a 4 hour drive.

Our entire family loves this practice and Dr. Hamouri. They are so patient and friendly with our kids. The office staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great family dentist!
