Everyone in the office is so friendly and very professional! I never dread a trip to the dentist!

I have never been treated so badly by a medical office before. I went in at the end of February because I needed extensive work done. Dr. Tagg told me to give him a few days to come up with a plan for my teeth and he would call me back. After not hearing from the office for 3 weeks, I called back to be told he needed to speak to Dr. Hamouri and come up with a plan for my teeth. After calling back multiple times over the course of 2.5 months, even telling them I was in pain. I kept getting the run around. The office staff was very nice but this office as a whole has gone downhill since Dr. Bowler sold it. I ended up going with a different dentist/office and within 2 weeks they are fixing my teeth. I wouldn't have been so upset if they had just told me upfront he didn't want to work on me teeth but they left me hanging and in pain.

I would like to praise Dr. Hamouri for the amazing experience I had with her office. She and her staff were very patient while they helped me resolve an issue I had while replacing a crown I received from a different dentist. Over the three months we spent identifying the source of my sensitivity, I feel like I grew very close with the Dentist and her staff. She placed great care in preserving the existing nerves in my teeth and we even managed to avoid a root canal. I am very thankful for the time, attention, and effort Dr. Hamouri spent in helping me eat without any sensitivity or pain.

My family has been going to this dental clinic since the 1980’s the transition from Dr Bowler to Dr Hamouri was very smooth. Dr Hamouri is very caring, knowledgeable and through. Her staff is friendly and helpful. Over all a great experience.

I've been with Dr. Bowler since he started in practice in the 70's. Since he announced his retirement, a lot of changes have taken place. Change for the sake of change isn't necessarily good. The only person I recognize is my hygienist. She has always done a great job. Everyone else is new. Friendly enough, but not like is used to be. I went in yesterday to find the waiting area look more like a salon of sorts than a dental office. The chairs were uncomfortable and uninviting. I will likely be looking to change providers.

My new hygienist, Kelly, is amazing! She is knowledgeable, professional and has an excellent personality!!! I almost came back for a second cleaning when she noticed I was still in the office! :-) Dr Hamouri is also very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. There was a slight hiccup in getting my cleaning scheduled after Sarah left. I kind of fell through the cracks, but I was able to get in with Kelly, so the wait was worth it. There appeared to be some administrative staffing changes from the last time I was there so things happen. You ROCK Kelly!!!!

I never had this kind of bad experience before. No one knows what to do and all their concern was trying to get more money. Never go this place.

All my appointments have been great! They certainly respect you and listen to your needs. Being very nervous of a procedure...the staff put me at ease and I appreciate Dr. Hamouri telling me she wants my teeth to be in the most perfect condition. That's super caring! This office is truly the BEST!

Very friendly staff. Loved my dental hygienist. She was both gentle and thorough. My teeth felt very clean and I walked away with a good toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste.
There was no rush and I felt as if their focus was to clean my teeth and make me comfortable.

The staff here is both friendly and efficient. Dr. Hamouri is quite skilled. They have been short-handed recently but have just brought a new dentist on board so wait times should be reduced significantly.
