Bellevue Park Dental

I’m quite dissatisfied with my dental treatments here. I came in with a small gap in my teeth I was told Invisalign would be able to correct. After multiple rounds of Invisalign and revisions I still have the same issue. In addition to this one of my front teeth was moved backwards creating an uncomfortable bite. In an attempt to fix these issues an alternate treatment was suggested (at further expense to me) which has proven unsuccessful as well. After thousands of dollars invested and their request to charge me even more on top of what I paid for Invisalign to fix something that should have been corrected initially, I cannot recommend this place. I just feel swindled.

I got all four of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Christine Hong. The extraction process went smoothly and I did not experience any pain after the extraction. Now, I don't experience any disturbances previously experienced due to my wisdom teeth. Thank you, Dr. Hong!

I found Dr. Park and his staff to be very friendly. I found them by doing a search via 1-800 Dentist. Dr. Park has excellent chair side manner. I like that he's thorough and carefully explains the 'process' and the 'why' behind his decisions. During my procedure he would periodically ask me how I was doing - it's great that he checks in to make sure his patients are doing fine throughout their dental procedure.
I plan on going to him for Invisalign treatment. I enjoyed my experience that I referred over a co-worker and her experience mirrored mine.

I highly recommend Dr Park and Dr Hong to my friends and family. My family has been going to Bellevue Park dental for almost two years now. I have a fobia with dental treatments as I have really weak teeth and I had so many treatments since my childhood, you name it it's all done. :) They are very gentle and considerate when they do any treatments. Staffs are also very nice and they know what they are doing! They really care not only your teeth but really inside out. I've done another treatment today and I didn't feel a thing. Thank you Bellevue Park Dental. I really appreciate it.

Be sure to always read and understand your proposed treatment plan prior to visit and address any questions or concerns. Even for longtime patients with special accommodation requests, things will change and they won’t adequately advise you. Don’t trust them, ensure you do your due diligence. They’ll charge you $199.00 for one (1) oral sedation pill. Even though all the times before that, that was never the case. They got me. I don’t think they intentionally tried tricking me, but they sure weren’t trying to help me any. I should have seen the adjusted costs in the treatment plan. I was too trusting and they had me do the paperwork all last minute. Found a way better dentist business with reasonable prices and practices in issaquah highlands that works well with me. Done with this place.

I've had been putting off my wisdom teeth for about 15 years due to my crippling fear of needles, but I finally decided I needed to get them taken care of. Everyone at Bellevue Park Dental was so nice, from the moment I checked in, until sitting in the chair. I was a shaking, hyperventilating anxious wreck, but they were all so understanding and I was able to get my wisdom teeth out with no major issues. Can't give them enough stars, thank you so much!

My experience here was great! Dr. Park was very empathetic with me as a patient. Unlike other dentists I've seen, Dr. Park was transparent with the process and always informed me the reason behind everything. He would answer any question I asked him and took care to make sure I understood what he was doing. It's true that he is very informative and gentle and made me feel like I was the only patient in the office. He is a wonderful and caring dentist! I highly recommend others to Bellevue Park Dental and Dr. Park.

Very rude and bad experience with the front office assistant manager Shayena. Very argumentative. Do you have insurance. I said no and I told her that I am dr park’s client. And I told her the veneer came off that dr park had put in last. After checking the computer , she started quoting me all the different fees. I requested her that I just need to glue back the veneer. She was not hearing me and went on to say the unnecessary stuff. So I requested to make an appointment with Dr Park which she did. Twenty minutes later she called me that she spoke to Dr Park and the three fees she mentioned stands. And cancel my appointment. Greedy Dr Park’s behavior is not acceptable in this day and age. Every time he expected to get paid when the veneer comes off. He should have fixed it well to begin with. Dr Park took over the practice from Dr Derekshani many years ago in hostility and he automatically became my dentist by succession. I had a crown and a veneer put in by dr derekshani. The front veneer comes off every 2-3 yrs.and he refuse to own the problems with the prior work. I would not recommend him to anyone out there. So bad of me that I referred Dr park many friends of mine over years. No more referrals for you and he should know that there are dime a dozen dentists out there

All the staff and clinicians are friendly, knowledgeable, competent. Valerie, a front desk lady, was especially personable. Dr. Park was thorough with his explanations of my teeth/gum x-rays and was meticulous/patient/gentle with the rest of the examination and procedures. When he detected a cavity, I trusted him enough to schedule another appointment right away, which they were kind enough to do so the same day of my cleaning/exam/xrays. Knowing I didn't have insurance, Dr. Park even gave me a discount without altering quality of care. That shows a doctor who puts his patients first. My conclusion: After some searching, I think I've found my new dentist! I highly recommend this clinic. You'll feel relaxed and comfortable.

I was referred to this dentist by a family member. Once I went to there the whole facility made me feel like family and totally comfortable. Dr. Park and his assistant Lori were very patient and friendly to me. Dr. Parks was very knowledgable. He observed the charts and went over them with me in great details to the point it was totally understandable. If I could give him and his staff 100 stars instead of 5 stars I certainly would. You will not be disappointed if you are searching for a dentist. I guarantee it 100%.
