I recently had to move from private dental insurance to state provided insurance due to being laid off. I had no idea how the insurance worked since I always had private. I was happy to find a dentist close to my home that accepted my new insurance. I had a molar that was so loose and painful. I called and set up an appointment which went easy enough. I showed up on time and went through the intake paperwork, no problem. The facility is a bit dated and I was a bit nervous. The staff was friendly and professional as was the Dr. Khajavi. We went through a general Q&A and she did an inspection. She was offered the extraction on the spot, thank goodness! She gave me four shots of novacain. The assistant came in and polished my teeth and did floride treatment. When the tech finished my mouth was numb and that tooth popped right out! Very experienced hands. Today I was scheduled for a deep cleaning. I showed up on time and was in the chair within ten minutes. The cleaning went well and I had two fillings replaced. The shots for each tooth, one on each side smooth. The Dr. Khajavi went right in and fixed me up. I have been to high-end dentistry for years, Supertooth on lower Queen Anne and Renaissance dental in West Seattle, Dr. Kim and his wife in Renton. Dr. Khajavi's experience is in her hands and her services are very much appreciated. I actual feel like I received honest assessment and treatment while I was a cash cow at higher end facilities. Very gentle almost pain free wish I had come to her a long time ago She fixed a very big problem, and it looks great now. I had been very reluctant to go to a dentist because of past experiences but Dr. Khajavi is a very kind and made the whole experience very comfortable

Been coming here for over 10 years. Great with kids, very friendly staff. Dentist cares about the patient. Always get an appointment in a timely manner. Very clean atmosphere, especially with the Covid-19.
I'm not one to go to the dentist due to terrible anxiety with dentists. The staff and dentist know this and encourage and comfort me. Very thankful. Great dentist work!

I had to go twice due to my state insurance only being accepted at very few places. The place is extremely unkempt and not unhygienic. The front desk receptionist does NOT wear a mask properly which is now against the law. I waited over an hour in the chair for the dentist and when she did my cleaning I raised my hand because I was clearly in pain and began crying. She did not stop and it took me having to actually move away from her. I had to demand x rays and when two days had gone by without any phone call I had to call THEM and instead of speaking to the dentist she pushed me off onto the receptionist who said "are you in pain? then you're fine". What kind of results are those? I'm going to report this business to the ADA. Enough is enough. Just because someone has state insurance doesn't mean you need to completely lack compassion as a human being.

Burien family dentistry is a true godsend. I have been going to this practice for 3+ years. The staff is very professional and each time they have performed gentle and accurate dental work for me. Even though my last visit was an emergency visit due to unexpected tooth pain. They somehow fit me in immediately and took care of the problem. I have been to many dentists over my 25 years of living and I have not met a dentist who is very knowledgeable and caring. Dr Khajavi will make you feel like you’re at home while taking great care of you. She will advise you to the best of her knowledge to what you may need and do a great job in assisting. I had to get a few fillings and a cleaning and I will tell you, it’s the best experience I have ever had at a dentist.

My experience with Dr.P has been truly amazing. Every member at the office is very caring, and the processes are very fast and easy. Highly recommend this dentist for individuals/families.

I used to hate going to the dentist and now I look forward to going there all the time . Doctor Parivash khajavi really cares about her patients health and she’s very knowledgeable. I had fillings and tooth extraction and not once did I felt any pain. The day I had 2 of my wisdom tooth removed , the next day I went out. She didn’t put me to sleep at all and I didn’t even know she took my tooth out until she told me you can go home . She really is the best and knows what she’s doing . If you are someone that hates going to the dentist, believe me you won’t regret. Receptionist Gloria is really nice and very welcoming.

I just had an amazing filling done to 4 teeth. Usually the numbing process terrifies me, but here I was comfortable and the pain was very minimal. The service was extremely fast. I highly recommend Dr. Khajavi for her service
