I was in EXTREME pain and no other dentist would see me on such short notice. I called and talked to the receptionist who got me an appointment first thing the next morning. I got there at 9am and was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Hsu and the other staff were extremely friendly, gentle, caring and patient in accessing what was causing my pain and offered to pull the culprit teeth right there and then! I was amazed that they took their time, I got one initial numbing shot, then another a few minutes later and I hardly felt either of them (which has never been my experience before with other dentists). They let it set in for a good 10-15 minutes before giving me the final dose and then started right away on the procedure. I didn't feel a thing besides a bit of pressure and I was out of the clinic on my way home an hour and a half after walking in the door. No more pain! More than that, the bleeding stopped before I even went to bed and besides a bit of swelling, my mouth is healing amazingly! Thank you SO much Dr. Hsu for all of this and more...it's called "Storybook" for a reason, he even walked me through what he was doing and told me a story while he was working, it was the best dental experience I have ever had!

Anne, LeeAnn, and Dr. Hsu provided the utmost care and personal touch for my 8 year old's tooth extraction this afternoon (10/6/17 Friday). On our way home my son asked me if Dr. Hsu can be his dentist forever? I responded that he will be your pediatric dentist for many years to come while a youth. He further commented that Ms. LeeAnne was super duper nice nice lady. That he really liked her a lot.
He is looking forward to his next appointment in March 2018) for his cleaning.

Everyone here is so nice and patient. My son is four and doesn't alway want to cooperate. The assistants always show him the tools and how they work before using them on him. We love these guys!

Staff was extremely nice and the dentist was very helpful and explained everything that I need to know .my son hates any kind of doctor but he actually liked it there I am super happy to have chosen storybook dental for my son's dental care.
