The doctor and nurse are very patient. My son was afraid of the filling treatment, he didn't want to do it. He had already cried twice at home before we went there. At last the doctor didn't use anaesthesia and waited until my son was ready. He was happy after all done since it was not painful at all.

My experience was not the best. Me and my 1 year old had to wait for 30 mins before the dentist came to see us so naturally my 1 year old was already over the experience, and then, instead of easing in to looking into my 1 year olds mouth the dentist just jumped right in and pretty much traumatized my baby. Then proceeded to essentially tell me that my sons tooth issues are 100% my fault because I breastfeed him throughout the night. Didn't ask if there was family history with bad teeth ir anything just said its the breastfeeding and sent me on my way feeling like a horrible mother. The only reason i have given 2 stars is because the other staff was pleasant.

I originally gave 3 stars, but I'm editing it to 5. They took great care of my daughter that sadly had to have teeth pulled. They also called me immediately after I gave the first review, and were very helpful. I definitely recommend them.

Our 1st time ar this place last year 2019 was great. The second time August 2020 was not good at all. Assistants were not friendly and not too patient with little kids . I guess is the new norm these days :( the doctor her self was good but the overall services was very mediocre, get out of here kids ! kind of a feeling ... not caring at all ..

Dr. Hsu is an amazing dentist. My daughter chipped off half of her front upper tooth over a year ago. Dr. Hsu was the only dentist who offered to bond the chipped off piece back to her tooth and the result was super successful. This was our first visit to his office ever. Now we only go to him. He is GREAT with kids and very pleasant. His staff are super nice and very friendly as well.

normally I don’t do reviews but I love raving about places where my son has had a great experience-so here It is. First impression was their website, super cute (can definitley tell it’s a pediatrics dentistry), was able to print off all first appointment paperwork to fill out pre-appointment which is so nice which means I didn’t have to come in early to do papers, second impression was on the phone scheduling, super friendly and professional on the phone and very helpful and they sent appointment reminder texts which I love. third impression on first visit, super friendly receptionist and great kid friendly atmosphere, my son told me he actually had fun there. Lastly the dentist and assistant, amazing with my son (he’s not scared of the dentists but he gets in a goofy fidgety mood which he was definitley in at the time) they were very patient with him and even joked with him, they explained things well and in a way that my son comprehended which made him and myself feel at ease. Would highly recommend this place to any family.
